The sound of rustling right next to my head is what woke me. Someone was in my room.

With a frightened gasp, I shot up and a second later my body was flopping backwards onto my bed when I realized it was no an intruder but one of my darling -note the sarcasm- brothers.

My eyes screwed shut, as I bit my lip, hard, to try and stifle my pained groan, both shooting up abruptly and the flopping backwards onto my bed decisions I immediately regretted.

My body was still facing the aftermath of the previous days' skating incidents and I ached all over. My right shoulder, my left wrist, my sides, my left hip bone, my back, my right knee and my head ached from skating and the lack of proper sleep the past few nights because of nightmares.

Nightmares that none of my brothers were aware of because I didn't waking up screaming bloody murder, just terrified out of my mind.

After composing myself and releasing a relived sigh when the pain died down, and thanking God that Hayes was not looking at me but instead at the neft gun in his hands, I opened my eyes again to look at said "darling brother".

Hayes was silent, his gaze on the nerf gun I bought the previous day. He was silent while his eyes roamed the splash of colors.

I rolled my eyes when I realized he wasn't going to say anything and asked the questions, "¿Qué quieres, Hayes?"

"What do you want, Hayes?"

Apparently Spanish was my language of choice for the morning.

He only answered my after he set the nerf gun back on my bedside table, "Honestamente, ni siquiera lo sé." Hayes shrugged nonchalantly, "Algo sobre Elijah y asegurarse de que estás despierto."

"Honestly, I don't even know."

"Something about Elijah and making sure you're awake."

"Bueno estoy despierta puedes dejar-" I started but was interrupted by Sebastian Stan's voice as my alarm rang out.

"Well I'm awake can you leave-"

I grabbed my phone, snoozing the alarm and looked back at Hayes.

His eyebrow was raised in a questioning manner, lip curled up into an amused smirk, "Alarma genial."

"Cool alarm."

"Cállate." I rolled my eyes at him, "Como estaba diciendo, estoy despierta ahora para que puedas irte." I jut my thumb out towards the door.
