..Apollos mistake..

The First Mistake

It was a normal day at base, Apollo was getting his Medi gun, his bonesaw, his syringe gun..all the usual, he walked outside to the spawn area peeking around for his brother, he wanted to give him something before battle.  But as soon as he found him is when the Administrator came on and said the normal things..

He followed Heavy around, moving about behind Heavy so he didn't get shot in the head..

How ever, though..

BLU Snipes had aimed a little low, shooting Apollo in the leg...which well, caused him to drop to his knees being slightly electrocuted by the robotic leg, he tried to get up but he couldn't, it stung to much, to try and move.

BLU Snipes walked over and kicked him in the gut.

"Get up, mate.." He said lowly with his strong Australian accent.

Apollo tried to, again..falling down failing.

He looked at BLUs Snipes, before getting kneed in the face.

Apollo yelped and grunted as he held his now bleeding nose.

"..why do you hate me..?--is it because im gay?  You've never treated me this badly before..i get your upset about mom and dad bu-" He let out a pained howl as BLU Snipes stabbed his Kurki into his stomach, his body now shaking..

He yanked it out, and watched him slightly fall sideways.

"Ya don't get ta call us ''family'' Apollo, your not apart of us, your adopted, mate." He said cracking his knuckles.

Apollo let out a weak laugh, before he held up something, which made BLU Snipes tense up..

It was a heart locket, it had his mothers initials engraved in it.

"..f..found that a few days ago-and i WAS gonna give it to you--but..i never got a chance to..--they wanted me to give it to you in person.." He said coughing a bit.

BLU Snipes gripped the locket now starring at Apollo.

"You'll respawn mate..--so don't try and act all sappy with me..."

Apollo laughed a bit again..

"..Snipes.." He started quietly.

"You were all right about me not being strong enough.." He said giving a tired smile with his slight dull eyes..

BLU Snipes shook his head slightly saying

"NO!--no, you ain't dyin' we don't die so you ain't gonna die, ya hear me?!"

Apollo just shook his head and then hugged his brother.

"It was gonna happen sooner or later.." He said smiling.

That shock..had basically broken his respawn chip, there WAS NO respawn in sight....or....well...

"Its not as bright as they say.." He said getting more tired as his eyes started closing, he watched the light he saw grow dimmer and dimmer until there was no more, light..

That whole time BLU Snipes had just held his younger brother close, not letting go as he well, for the first time in literally for EVER started to cry, which than turned into a sob once he felt Apollo turn limp in his arms..

Lets just say he never would get to see him again but...

Apollo will be able to see his brother everyday now..
