Chase's P.O.V
It's been 7 months. 7 months since Taylor wanted to get a divorce. 7 months since I reunited with my mom. 7 months since I started cutting again. I want to end it all honestly. I haven't been happy at all. I have cuts all up and down my arm. I'm drinking every other day. I get no sleep. I'm a wreck. It's been 6 months since Taylor moved to New York. She started college. I'm so excited for her. Just wish I was there for her.
Taylor's P.O.V
7 months. 7 fucking months since everything went down. 7 months since I found about my dad's cancer. 7 months since I told chase I wanted a divorce. 6 months since I moved to New York and started college.
Addison moved out with here with me and she watches the kids while I go to my classes. My life has been going great and I've been talking to this guy named Sebastian. He's really sweet and he's in my English lit class. We're practically best friends and have been since I started out in college.
It's currently 7:00 in the morning and it's time for my first class. I walk to my class and wait outside for Sebastian. I see him from afar and he's talking to his girlfriend on the way. Yes he has a girlfriend so don't even think about it. His girlfriend's name is Charlotte and she super gorgeous. She has long brown hair and blue eyes and dimples. Shes a little shorter than him but taller than I am.
They both approach me and they both give me a hug.
"Hey Seb are ready to walk into hell". I asks an he chuckles.
" you know it ". He replied and Charlotte pulls me in for a hug.
" you want to come to the party Sam is hosting this weekend "? She asks and I hope back my answer.
"I don't know I have no one to watch the kids and-" . Charlotte then cuts me off.
"Tay I know you have kids but your young. You deserve to go out and have fun. Your In college c'mon". Charlotte groans and she begs and pleads for me to go and I finally give in.
" fine fine. I'll go". I say and she squeals giving me a big hug.
Class soon starts and the professor walks in.
"Alright guys today we will be talking about Romeo and Juliet. Would anyone want to say what they they thought about it" . The professor says and this kid named Jeremy raises his hand.
"Romeo and Juliet is a crazy romance story but at the same time it shows that your willing to go through thick and thin for that person because you love them".
The only person I thought of as soon as he said that was chase.
Chase and I had gone through so much bullshit in life but look where we ended. We're getting a divorce and it pains me to put both of us through that but I can't deal with him. he made my life a deadly hell and it taught me that love can be fucked up if you give it into the wrong hands.
Chase's P.O.V
I want to call her. I do I truly do but I can't. She won't pick and that will hurt worse then me calling and she declines it.
"you need to grow balls and just call her man". Thomas says and I sigh, taking a sip from my bottle.
"Dude. This is your fault we're like this". I mumble and he laughs.
"Bro. Are you seriously trying to blame it on me"?
"I'm sorry. I'm just upset alright. I didn't want for any of this to happen". I sigh, sitting back on the couch.
Thomas hands me the phone and I have no other choice but to at least try.
One ring.
Two rings.
Three rings...
"hello"?
