Max's POV
I woke up the next morning to talking in the kitchen. I looked around and saw Alyssa was the only person still asleep. She was snuggled up with her stuffed wiener dog. I pulled out my phone and snapped a picture before getting up and going into the kitchen where I assumed Diana and Sarah were talking. "Good morning, guys."
"Morning, Max," they greeted in unison.
"Sometimes twin telepathy creeps me out."
"We don't have telepathy!" They yelled a me. They gave each other a weird look. "We're not even using our powers. Stop talking at the same time as me. This is starting to get creepy. Stop it!"
I just stood there about to laugh the entire time. I finally gave in to my laugh at their last remark.
They looked at me. "Why are you laughing? This isn't funny. Okay, we seriously need help! Max, help us! We can't stop!"
I just laughed harder. "I... can't... breathe." I doubled over and fell on the floor. They just glared at me.
After a couple minutes my, laughter died down. "So how exactly am I supposed help with this issue?"
"You need to help us stop talking at the same time. Think of something!"
"What's going on?" Alyssa yawned as she walked into the kitchen.
"We can't stop talking at the same time. You guys need to help us!"
Alyssa burst out laughing. "I'm... sorry... I... just... can't... help... it."
"Max had the same reaction." They looked at each other. "Stop it! This is getting really annoying! Help us!"
She calmed down and wiped at her eyes. "There is a solution to this problem. Diana talk."
"I don't see how this is going to help. It worked! We're free," Diana said jumping up and down.
"Yay. I am so happy that we're not talking at the same time anymore. It's refreshing," Sarah commented.
"Now that that's over, what's the plan for breakfast?" Max asked.
"I was think cereal. We have Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Mini Wheats, and Cheerios."
We shared a look. "Cinnamon Toast Crunch."
Diana walked over to the cabinet and pulled out the cereal. She sat it down on the counter as Sarah pulled out milk, Alyssa pulled out bowls, and I pulled out spoons.
"I feel like we're forgetting something," I told them.
"Our morning swim. Sarah put up the milk. We need to go before we start puking." Alyssa started to walk out back as Sarah put up the milk and we followed.
We dove in and swam out to the moon pool. We sat there and talked for a few minutes before getting hungry and heading back. Alyssa dried us off and we headed back to the twins' house. We poured cereal and milk into the four bowls before carrying the bowls and spoons into the living room. We carefully ate our Cinnamon Toast Crunch while watching Spongebob. What? It's a funny cartoon that's good to watch when you're first waking up. Don't judge us.
After breakfast, I picked up all of the milk from each bowl in a bubble and sent it down the drain. We put our bowls in the dishwasher and decided to head to the café. Diana had to work and Sarah wanted to see Alex. I shot Dalton a text to meet us there and he responded with a quick "okay."
We quickly got dressed and started to walk toward the café. As soon as we got there, Diana headed to the back. Alex noticed us sitting down and smiled at Sarah. She smiled back and looked down as her cheeks reddened.
