"Ugh... I'm so bored" you sighed."Well what do you want me to do"Jessie replied."CALL JESUS"you yelled.Jessie started laughing cause of how random it was, you did as well. "It's really nice to laugh again", she stated."Yeah, its been a long time "you said with a small smile."Do you know how much longer it is though" you asked tiredly."Not that long"she sighed in annoyance."Ugh that's what you said last time"you say annoyingly. She didn't answer you all she did was roll her eyes cause of how childish you are. You turn to Jessie and ask "well... can we stop for a little bit"." No,the longer we take the less time we have to survive" she replied wisely. You pouted your lips and made annoyed face at Jessie. "Why are you stareing at me like that",she said angrily. "Cause...your..."you said confusedly. Thinking for a little bit you realized what you wanted to say."A BAD LEADER"you shouted outrageously."SHUT UP"she replied angrily."MAKE ME", you said threatenly."Like you can do better"she added angrily."Yeah,I can"you said with your head held high. "Sure"she replied sarcastically.
*A thirty minutes later of awkward silence*
"We are almost there"Jessie said excitedly. "That's amazing"you said sarcastically."What's wrong with you",she asked with a awkward and worried look on her face."Nothing"while you close your eyes angrily. Jessie said with a smirk on her face "Is it your mood swings". "What the hell Jessie ",awkward and angered tone. Y'all both started laughing afterwards. "No",you said in a calming voice. "Then what is it"she asked concern- ally. "Uhh... I don't want to talk about it" you respond quickly."please tell me "she begged with worried eyes. "No"you said annoyance. "Why not"she asked. You could tell Jessie was getting angry with you."I just don't want to and and"as you started to stutter you started getting embarrassed cause you didn't know what else to say. So you just ran so you could get away from Jessie. Jessie started running for you and yelling at you to stop. You kept going until you saw the neighborhood and went to the nearest house. You tryed to kick the door open, but once you open the door you went inside a walker grabbed you and pushed you down the cold,wooden floor. You tried with all her might to push the walker off but the walker was heavy,decayed,and to top it all off it was pushing you down trying to bite you with its decade teeth. All you see is Jessie running towards you .she kills the walker with her long,sharp sword.she picked you up and looked at with scared eyes. You sighed in relief. "Thank you"you said with straight eyes. Jessie hugs you and starts to cry." I'm really surprised cause Jessie is always serious and never dares to hug me or even cry infront front of me,you thought. You start to hold her awkwardly. "Why are you crying"you asked in a scratchy voice resisting the earge to cry. " I was scared for you, I don't want to loose you", Jessie cried. You look at her with sad,frightful eyes. You wanted to say something ,but she cuts you off and says "your the only one that keeps me going"she cried in a scratchy voice. Your tears start to run down you face uncontrollably, you couldn't hold it back anymore so you start to cry softly still trying to hold back all the actual tears in you eyes. You start to cry into Jessies chest,so she wouldn't see you cry. Jessie lets you go and y'all smiled at each other.Jessies smile started fading and she said in a serious tone "we should clear the house and leave"."We can't leave at this hour",you said in a calm but serious tone.Jessie looked at you then looked outside and saw the sky in a dim,hopeless shade where it could make gives you shivers up and down your spine. "Ok" Jessie said in a defeated voice. Jessie closed the door and locked it. "(Y/n) you take upstairs if anything happens just scream I'll come running",she stated."OK",you replied. You went running upstairs to see if you can find something useful like batteries,flashlights, or some new close cause the ones you had was all covered in dark,red walker blood. You go upstairs and all you could see is three rooms.
*your POV*
I was in the room on the left first. It was a little girls room. I was shocked cause most of the room was purple and pink. I felt a uncomfortable being in there cause I wasn't into those colors at all."I'm such a ton boy" I thought. I smiled on the outside but I was laughing like if I was the joker and I was high. I looked through the little girls cabinets all I found was were little girl clothes it wouldn't fit us obviously. Not because we were fat or anything its just that I was 13 and Jessie was 16." Besides most of them had Justin Beibers face on all of them. I would never wear anything from that douche"I thought. I went to the next room. It was the parents bedroom. "At least there should be some over sized Ts we could wear" I thought.I looked through everything all I could find was 3 oversized Ts only reason I only fond 3 cause the rest of them looked stupid. I also found some batteries,and a small handgun I found hideing under the bed.I started thinking "what's the point of having a small handgun cause you thing you have the balls to shoot the down the stupid intruder. Yeah write",I thought. I went to the last room it was a teenage boys room it was pretty obvious ,cause of the posters they had quite nude girls on them. OK they weren't all the way nude at least they had they're bras and panties on to hide the very little dignity they had. Then I stared being stupid and started thinking on how many times this guy master bated in here. I made a quite chuckle. I started looking through the cabinets and then I found something I wished I didn't find. Then I screamed like a child.
*Jessies POV*
I look around the kitchen and there wasn't much but now you would have to take anything. All there was 4 cans of fruit ,3 water bottles, knifes ,and the best thing of all a big box of cookies. I started to smile over the exciment something most people can't do. So I had the best idea I'll hide theese in my backpack and give it to (y/n) as a surprise. A small smile creeped on my face just the thought of (y/n) being happy for a big box of cookies. I got up and started walking to the next room. It gave me an eary feeling cause the last time I was in a living room my sister died. Besides there was a dead walker in the room. So yeah. I looked in every inch of the living room. Behind the TV,in the TV remotes, under the couch cushions,under the couches,and even under the carpet. I was that desperate to keep (y/n) alive. To be honest I don't give a shit about me, but I have to stay alive for her. She's my best friend and she's all the family I have. I've known her since 6. We were inseparable,but now me and (y/n) get into arguments like no tomorrow. "This is what happens when a 16 year old tries to mother a 13 year old" I thought. After I cleared whatever I could find in the living room I went to the bathroom. It was so claustrophobic in there, and the worst thing it was covered in pink tiles. I looked at the cabinets under the sink, over the sink, and over the toilet. All I could find was bandages, soap, 2 nial files, toilet paper, razors, and pads. I started cringing. I walked out and placed everything on the dining room table. I look to my right and saw a really big, black sweater. I knew (y/n) would like it ,so I hide it behind the behind the TV. I felt so happy that I would make her smile from ear to ear. Then I heard (y/n) scream like a child.
*3rd person*
Jessie ran up the stairs as fast as she could and had a worried look on her face. She grabbed her sword. When she got to you and just saw you standing there. She walked up to you nervously and she asked you with hesitation"Are you OK"?? When Jessie realized you were OK "why did you scream like a child" she asked with a confused and angered tone. You didn't move or said anything. You were frozen in shock and fear so shear.(idk) "what is it" Jessie shouted while putting away her sword. You turned around. Jessies eyes widden. You were holding a box of condoms. Then Jessies surprised face turned into a laughing smile, so did you. Y'all both laughed so hard y'all both fell to floor laughing.
