Chapter 1

"What are you doing."my friend Amanda asks me.

"Umm...nothing."I said looking down at my lunch.

"Your checking out that boy aren't you."
She said eyeing me suspiciously.

"You know I'm single."
I said pushing her playfully.

"He is cute."she told me staring at him and sighing loudly.
Really Amanda you have a boyfriend,I think to myself.

And I have too agree with her though.
He is cute.
Even if he came to this school yesterday.

"Hey."
I looked up to see nick,Amanda's boyfriend.
"Hey."Amanda says.
So nick and Amanda have been dating for more than 2 months.
And yet she still try's to flirt with other people.
She is going to find out how it feels to lose someone one day if she keeps it up.
"Hey" I say looking at nick.
I don't mean to be a flirt like Amanda but nick is pretty hot.
He has brownish blondish hair.
And his eyes Are green.
Nick interrupts my thoughts and says,
"What do you think about the new kid."
"Well he doesn't compare to my little Nicky."
Amanda says teasing Nick.
"Well he looks nice..I guess."
I say playing with my food.

The bell rings.Me Amanda and Nick get up and throw away our trash.
Nick and Amanda have third period together.
So I walk by myself to class.
"Uh...could you tell me where this class is."
I turn around too see the new boy.
"um...yeah,sure."
He gives me his schedule and I look to see language arts.

YES!!!!
I practically scream in my head.
"Oh,we have the same class,its right over here."I tell him.
We walk together and I can't help but stare at him.
Now he is hot.
We walk in too see Mr.garza typing on his computer.
"Mr.garza here is the new student."
I say gesturing towards him.
I would call him by his name but frankly I don't know it.
"Oh yes,quiet down class."
I walk to my seat and sit down.
"Everyone this is Christopher,he will be joining us today,so why don't you tell us about yourself."Mr garza says finishing his sentence.
"Well um..I moved here from Arizona and I guess um..."he starts.
O my gosh,his voice is so pretty.
It sounds like my favorite song.
"And well that's it."he finishes.
Dang it. I didn't hear him finish his sentence.
"Thank you,young man you can go have a seat,next too,Brianna."
ME!!!yes he's sitting next to me.
He walked to his seat and say down.
He looked at me and smiled.
*ring*
The bell rang and everyone started leaving.
"So,can you show me around the school."Christopher asked me.
"Sure."I said.

When I woke up I tried to dress up my best.
I put mascara on lipgloss blush.
Any makeup you could think of.
I put on my short shorts and a shirt that kind of showed my belly button.but that was how the shirt went.
I put on my converse and went downstairs.
"Well someone's putting makeup on."
I heard my Mom say,as I was about to walk out of the door.
I went into the kitchen and said.

"Mom,I'm in the tenth grade."
"I know I know."she said.
Then the door bell rang.
"That must be Amanda,bye mom."
When I opened the door I stopped because I saw Christopher.
"Hi um..your friend Amanda told me I could walk with y'all..but I live two houses down so..."He said rubbing his neck.
I looked behind him too see Amanda giving me the thumbs up.
"Sure."I said closing the door behind me.
When we walked it was silent nobody talked until Amanda said..
"So Christopher have you had a girlfriend."
He blushes and shakes his head 'no'.
Well that makes two of us.I have never had a boyfriend in my life.
"Well,you know Brianna is currently single."
He looks at me and smiles.
I hit her with my elbow in the ribs.
"What was that for."she says whispering.
"shut up."I tell her under my breath
When we arrive at school we go too homeroom classes.
Amanda's in my homeroom so I can beat her up then.
She has made me want to curl up in a ball and disappear.
