Heyoo Peeps 🙃. I'm just a regular girl with a wild imagination. I had another account, but for some reason I can't find a way to get back on it, so I'm just starting a new. I hope you enjoy this. I recently just came up with this on a spur of the moment. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do in making it.

This chapter is still incomplete, so bear with me here 👐.

Hi. My name's Azilea Woods. I'm what you call a quiet, shy, introverted person. I'm very reserved. I don't step out of my comfort zone unless it's trying out new foods. I hate to sugarcoat words for people. I enjoy watching drama I just hate to be a part of any. I respect my elders due to them grasping the knowledge of life; them holding onto years of experience that I will never gain unless I've lived just as long as they have.

"The car's filling up with more and more water...I don't know what to do in this moment...all I know is we're sinking deeper into the cold water of January."
Her thoughts wander before she talks to herself in a panic tone.

              "COME ON! MOVE DAMN IT!!"

Her buckle won't unlatch. She looks over and sees her twin sister unconscious. She attempts to try and wake her up while she tries her best to unbuckle herself.

       "NATASHA! GET UP! WE'RE SINKING!

She vigorously shakes her sister, but even with effort she doesn't budge. With fear sinking further as the vehicle there in she ends up slapping her sister as hard as she's ever done before screaming,

   "WAKE THE HELL UP NATASHA!!!

With that Natasha's eyes stung open in shock. Natasha begins to regain her senses one by one realizing just what kind of situation she placed the both of them in. Natasha immediately goes to unbuckle, but it's stuck. She starts to panic and cry.

         "I DON'T WANNA DIE AZILEA!!!"
        "JUST HOLD ON!"

Azilea wiggles out from her seatbelt then in one swift motion immediately focuses on helping her sister out of the car seat. Natasha screams in fear as the water is now above her chest.

                     "AZILEA HURRY!!!!"

Azilea is trying as hard as she can, but the water is moving up at a fast rate. Azilea knows they'll be under water when she's able to free her sister from the buckle. She forewarns Natasha.

"YOU GOTTA HOLD YOUR BREATH. DON'T PANIC! WE'RE GONNA MAKE IT OUT OF HERE! OKAY?! I PROMISE! WHEN I FREE YOU FROM THE BUCKLE YOU SWIM! YOU UNDERSTAND?! YOU DON'T LOOK BACK! NO MATTER WHAT YOU MAKE IT TO SHORE WITH OR WITHOUT ME! YOU READY?!"

Natasha is freaking out, but she is able to process what Azilea is telling her.

              "NO! WHAT ABOUT YOU-?!"
"I'M RIGHT BEHIND YOU! NOW HOLD YOUR BREATH!"

Both Azilea and Natasha take a deep breath as the water hits past their faces; they're now completely under water. In under half a minute Azilea is able to break Natasha free from her seatbelt. Azilea whips Natasha from her seated position and out of the car window which thankfully had a wide enough crack to squeeze Natasha through. Azilea squeezes herself out and starts swimming to the surface. She can see her sister swimming upwards and towards to what appeared like a boat.
"Even though it's midnight there's still someone out in the lake?"
She questionably thought until something grabs hold of her ankle and forcefully pulls her down. Reflexively she held one of her arms out hoping that what was happening right now wasn't. She continues being pulled down until she decides to look down and see the vehicle which had sunk all the way to the bottom of the lake. She's in complete shock and terror. On the driver's side; the car door opens. She's then pushed back into the vehicle she was once in; closing the door behind her. With no time to waste she shifts her body back facing the door and tries to get out once again only realizing everything was locked including the windows which used to be open. She's completely dumbfounded on what to do next. She doesn't want to die. At least not yet. Not like this. She can only hold her breathe for so long until she gives out. She throws her hands upwards since there's nothing weighing her down; her whole body is trying to go up due to her holding air in her lungs despite a vehicle in her way from swimming up towards the surface. She's a little relieved when she notices that the car itself isn't completely submerged in water. Not yet. She takes this opportunity to catch some air before coming up with another solution to getting out of this vehicle.
She desperately swims up and when she could feel her face lift above the water she takes a deep inhale and exhale while her body goes straight into hyperventilation. She ignores the fact of how cold the water is and takes the time to think on how the hell she's going to make it out alive. She remembers that there's a hammer in the back. Natasha was supposed to take that out of the car, but she never came around to it.
     "Thank god you procrastinate Natasha!"
She thought before the water started taking whatever air there was left.

"You got this. I got this."

She tells herself in hopes of reassuring herself despite the chances of making it out alive. She inhales as deep as her lungs could hold before going back under; knowing that this was her last chance of survival. She quickly moves to the back, but not too quickly to the point that she'll have to exhale her air due to physical exhaustion. She grabs hold of the hammer and swims back to the front. She holds the hammer in a certain position knowing that any movement is going to be slower since there's no air to gain it's momentum. She hits the biggest window in the front. She sees the glass starting to crack. She keeps up the repetitive motion until something knocks away the hammer out from her hands. She looks up and sees a shadow of some sort. She backs away in fear with bloodshot eyes staring into what looked like a person. The shadow turned into a women. She lets go of some of the air inside her lungs when she realizes who the women is.

"That's...me...?"

She thought before backing away to the middle of the backseat while the unknown shadow moves closer to her. At this point she's completely terrified, she's clueless on what to do now, and she's starting to reach her limit of holding her breath. Without wasting any more time she goes in attempts to swim past her mirror reflection of herself being in reach of the hammer she had, but the other her had other plans. The shadow whips-lash Azilea back in her original position, but Azilea fights back and pushes the shadow back with her feet grounded against the seat she was sitting in; pushing the shadow back to the front of the car. Azilea glances around in search of the hammer in hopes to use it as a weapon, but her distraction is taken into the shadows advantage. The shadow takes this chance to push and press her against the driver's seat; the seat Natasha was sitting in. In this moment Azilea knows for sure that this was her last chance and she blew it to some reflection of herself. Azilea goes to push the shadow off of her until the shadow pushes her back down forcefully; holding one of it's hands on Azilea's neck; holding her down in the driver's seat. Azilea holds the arm that the shadow has on her and starts to feel pressure on her neck.
