“are you fucking serious venti?!” xiao exclaimed at his boyfriend “you knew that it is going to snow today and yet you didn’t brought any winter clothes?!!” he added while the older of the two chuckled “ehe” venti replied and continued walking to their school. before that, xiao stopped him “hm?” venti questioned and xiao silently gave him his coat and gloves “i- just take it” he grumbled and walked away while venti was slightly flushed about his actions and catched up with him “aww xiao really loves me” he gushes by his side and xiao being the temperamental he is, he lightly pushes venti as his face turning to a bright red color. “just shut up and wear it” xiao scowled, walking away from venti to not make him see his bright red face. “xiaooo don’t leave mee” venti groaned and hurriedly wore his boyfriend’s coat and gloves, walking after him. “you wanna hold hands?” venti asked him “fine.” xiao muttered and grabbed venti’s hand ‘ ah my body is on fire because of you. ‘ xiao thought, feeling his heart thumping very loudly. both of them went on their way to their school.

during their lunch time, they decided to meet up at the roof top along with their friends. “yo” aether greeted them as they reached the rooftop “hello” venti greeted back and xiao simply waved at their friends “so um you guys are dating or something? y’all are stuck together like glue” their friend, lumine asked and xiao in an instant pushed the dark blue haired man away from him and obviously their friends noticed it. “xiao you do realize that even confirms lumine’s question even more you know.” chongyun deadpanned to him “ouch xiao that hurts!” venti teased “just shut up” xiao told them both and lumine can only smirk at him “so where’s your boyfriend huh chongyun” xiao asked chongyun “he’s not my boyfriend!” chongyun told him and bennett replied with “yet.” he then proceeded to high five razor and xiangling. the four of them were discussing something with the lines of “do you think time is an illusion created by the government” “bennett what” and on the other side was venti, lumine, and aether eating together. xiao only stood near the door as he watched venti and silently watched him. he watched as he saw twinkles in venti eyes as he was talking to lumine and aether. ‘ i should really stop watching you but oh what can i do when i have a lot of interest in you as a whole ‘ xiao thought and sighed as his heart was beating fast looking at venti.

venti hurriedly scrambled as he was going to be late for his archery classes with childe and amber. ‘ agh why did i let myself help aether and lumine in their poetry homework!! ‘ he thought as he ran towards the archery room “sorry if i’m late!!” he exclaimed “wow i never thought you would be later than ganyu but here we are” childe smugly told him and meanwhile ganyu slightly glared childe behind him “hey is that supposed to be insult or a fact because i can’t tell with your snezhnayan ass” venti replied and immediately things between them were heating up and amber smacked their heads, feeling tired from their antics although she had trouble smacking childe nonetheless, she had somehow smack him. “if the both of you stop fighting the moment the other one shows up, i will be grateful” amber scolded them “yes amber” they said in unison “anyway, the both of you will be practicing shooting arrows” she added and childe chimed “but we already know that-“ “i meant shooting arrows properly.” the both of them gulped ‘ oh boy. ‘ both of them thought and proceeded to get ready. “no childe you’re supposed to release the arrow not throwing it.” amber groaned and childe made an ‘o’ face “venti please hold your bow properly” amber told him but the aqua eyed boy hasn’t been listening instead he had been thinking about xiao. ‘ ahhh how should i tell him that he’s really, really, really pretty?? archons, i think i don’t deserve him at all,, he’s like an all in one package of boyfriend material even if his personality is a tad bit temperamental but that’s the fun part of him! these days i really have so many things to say to him.. ‘ “VENTI!” amber almost screamed in his ears and that made him snap back into reality “huh?” childe along with the other in the room laughed at his reaction which makes him even more confused about what was going on. “venti for archons’ sake, focus on the target. stop spacing out for once.” amber sternly scolded him while venti replied with “ehe~” they continued on with their archery lessons.

after archery class, venti went on to his next class, poetry. venti always liked poetry sure it may sometimes drain the life out of him thinking what to put but these days he had a certain someone keeping him motivated in writing poetry. “zhongli i’m here!!” venti screamed as he entered the poetry classroom to see childe once again. “ah venti you’re finally here” zhongli said as he was checking someone’s work “uh huh and why is your white boyfriend here?” venti said, glaring daggers at the red haired and childe smirked at him “he’s here as he said to accompany me on poetry classes.” zhongli simply told and venti sat near aether, just in front of zhongli and childe were sitting at. “hey aether” venti greeted aether and the blonde simply waved back, busy writing a letter “what are you doing?” he asked “writing a letter. why?” aether replied, still focused on the letter “oh? is it a love letter for a certain someone??” venti teased and never in his life seen someone cover their ears as aether’s ears turned red the moment venti teased “it isn’t.” aether stated, clearly lying to venti. “oohh it is~ who are you writing to??” venti pressed on “i’m not writing to someone.” aether gritted out as he let himself continue writing the ‘love’ letter “fine, fine i won’t press on sheesh” venti backed off a bit and looked outside from the window and saw xiao. ‘ ah i guess he’s having his volleyball practice right now ‘ venti thought and observed him. xiao was scolding bennett as he kept messing up his timings with blocking although he had appreciated that bennett kept trying to time it right. they continued on practicing in order to be in good shape. ‘ why must you keep a front huh, xiao? either way, you’re so caring for others yet you have an aggressive way to say it hehe ‘ venti thought with a smile on his face, yet again daydreaming about his boyfriend and aether merely sighed at the sight, continued on writing.

xiao sighed as he stood by the school gates, waiting for venti (along with his siblings) come out. xiao was feeling a bit cold as it snowed outside once more. “oh hey xiao! are you waiting for venti?” ganyu approached him and greeted. beside her was qiqi wearing an oversized coat and her signature hat. “yeah. you wanna wait together? it’s almost time for venti’s classes to end.” xiao replied and ganyu nodded, grabbing qiqi and carried her. “oh hello qiqi. how was your day?” xiao asked the stoic child and she held a thumbs up. “oh? how so?” xiao asked once again “i punched hu tao in the face” ganyu was a bit shocked and xiao made an ‘o’ face, simply amazed how his little sister had punched a high schooler in the face. “qiqi where did you learn to punch people in the face?!” ganyu asked the small child “diona taught me and klee” qiqi said and xiao thought ‘ ah that’s why hu tao didn’t show up at sparring classes ‘ “diona taught you what now” ganyu exclaimed, trying to process that a child wanted to beat the living out of high schooler because they were simply annoying. "qiqi don't ever do that unless it's an emergency!" ganyu scolded her and qiqi replied with "mhm." "xiao!!!" xiao looked for the owner of the voice and the next thing he knew, he got dragged down onto the floor "hey xiao!!" "hello venti." venti stuck to xiao on the floor, simply not caring how people are staring at them "can you please get off me" "oh sorry" venti unstuck himself from his boyfriend and helped him get up "i see that you're still wearing my coat" xiao noted "ee-h?" venti blushed a little "it's okay you can keep it on since you look good in it" xiao added "EHH?!" xiao then saw venti turn into a tomato, quite flustered from xiao's compliment "can we please go now? i'm tired of you two flirting in front of me" ganyu interrupted them, tired from their endless flirting while qiqi watches them in confusion "AH RIGHT! C'MON LET'S GO ALREADY AHAHAHA" venti exclaimed and walking fast ahead from the siblings while the siblings follow suit after 'i wish everyday was like this. you looking like an angel and me silently watching you.' xiao thought before catching up with the flustered venti.
