Chapter 16- The yuel ball

**y/n's p.o.v**

I was amazed, the dress was stunning. I mean I wasn't shocked to be honest, ced chose it.

I walked down the stairs ready to meet Cedric before the dance.

"M' lady" he said, Dramatically bowing down. "Why thank you" I replied, "my god, Cedric you look so good! My style really is amazing"

He chuckled before saying, "It really is, I love it. And y/n, you look gorgeous"

**cedrics p.o.v**

Y/n, she looked amazing! I've never seen anyone ever look more stunning in my whole life. I looked at her up and down taking in her beauty before placing my hand on her collar bone, "y/n, you didn't" "yes I did" she replied pulling me into a hug.

**y/n's p.o.v**

I knew I had to add a finished touch to my outfit, and I knew that was Cedrics mother's wedding ring.

He had given it to me right after we figured out the first task, "I love you ced, thank you for never leaving me. I love this necklace so much" "I love you too y/n" He took his hand in mine and kissed it gently.

We still had around 20 minutes until the ball actually had started, that's when I came up with my idea.

"Hey ced, cmon"

"where are we going"

"to your dorm"

"Can I ask,why?"

"We're going to grab your dads wedding ring"

We ran upstairs (trying our best not to Trip) out of breath when we got to the top. We had around ten minuets left before the ball started so we needed to hurry up, walking it took 10 minuets from the top to the bottom of the stairs.

Cedric put in the code to his common room as we ran through the door, hand in hand, taking the ring from his dresser and sliding it on his finger. "There you go," I whispered. Taking his hand in mine- once again.

By the time we were down the stairs, we were out of breath- once again-.

We already knew about the champions dancing first so we walked by the doors, side by side. I let out a shaky breath ready to step in the room. "Ready doll?" "Never been more ready" I replied laughing, rolling my eyes sarcastically.

We step in the room, all eyes on us all. Krum had taken someone from Fleurs school, Fleur went with Rodger and me and Cedric (obviously) went with each other.

I stood directly in front of him, his hand attaching to my waist as our eyes met with each other's.

Fuck

I couldn't hide it anymore I love him, I loved him so much.

More people started joining in now, I was less nervous. I relaxed my body and sway with the hufflepuff, I rested my head onto his chest brining our bodies closer together- us both giggling softly.

After all the dancing was done it was mainly just talking to people. Cedric did most the talking: since I was an antisocial fucker. The entire time mine and Cedrics hands stayed locked together, not moving once. "You alright doll" "ye-ah" I yawned.

Without warning I was being picked up bridal style and carried away. I let out a small chuckle and rested my head onto the brunettes chest, snuggling in.
