EPILOGUE

Being a Carter sucks. All my life I didn't experience a normal kid days. I didn't experience how to make friend, how to laugh my lungs out loud, how to swim on a mud, and how it feels to have a crush.

Being a Carter is a perfection.

You have to be perfect on everyone's eyes. Not until I met a sweet little girl. She became my friend dahil malapit ang pamilya nila sa'min.

I promise to her that I will never leave her like what her mother did. Pero mapaglaro talaga ang tadhana. I have to be open minded on the world of mafia and business. My promise, naisip kong hindi nagtatapos ang buhay ko sa gan'on na lang. I have to be strong because of Ash, because she's waiting for me. After five hard years. I became what my father wants. I became a strong bold leader he wants me to be. But the person that made me strong is already gone.

I blamed myself for what happened to Ash. Kung sana nandoon ako ng panahon na 'yon sana naprotektahan ko siya.

On the middle of my mourning for Ash, Celigh came to my life. She's sweet like Ash, she reminds me of Ash. But like everyone, Celigh also left.

"Don't chase person Alex. Try to look around you. Nandito ako, bakit ba di mo 'ko makita!?" Calyyn said. I know everything about this bitch. Alam kong s'ya ang pumatay kay Celigh. But I choose to be silent. Sa huling hininga ni Celigh ay nakausap ko pa ito. She told me who killed her. Pero pinangako n'ya saking 'wag kong gawan ng masama si Calyyn.

I don't even know how did she manage to say that despite being stab by someone she trusts. I respected her will, and tried to avoid Calyyn.

My eyes is focusing on the wide screen of the TV, waiting for what will happen next. Kanina pa 'ko nababagot sa kakapanood ng nangyayari sa loob ng gymnasium but this woman caught my attention. She's just standing there and watching what's happening around her. She's a transferred student dahil bago lang ang mukha nito. But I can't deny the fact that she's the most stunning woman tonight.

Hindi ko namamalayang pinapanood ko na ang bawat galaw niya. I even put a small camera in her dorm. Sa sala, kitchen, veranda, closet, pati sa CR nito. Ngunit sinigurado kong wala akong makikita. A private one.

"You like her." Nakakunot noong tumingin ako kay Jeffrey, sa tatlo siya lang ang nagugustuhan ko dahil 'di siya masiyadong masalita pero pag nagsalita puro wala namang kwenta para sa'kin.

Nasa office ako at nagpipirma ng sandamakmak na papel nang pumasok ang butler ko. I didn't bother to looked up him dahil mas importante ang ginagawa ko.

"May gustong kumausap sa inyo young master." Tinaasan ko siya ng kilay.

"I'm busy, wala naman siyang appointment so you can go."
