Part One: Applejack

Chapter One:

Applejack was whistling as she bucked apple into their barrels. It was a bright and sunny day. Not a cloud in sight. Applejack to a deep breath. The air smelled sweet and warm. She could smell the dark and moist dirties with the hay and sweet apples. The apple this season were extra big and juicy. Applejack took a big bite out of one.

'Whew-ey! That's one darn good apple! We'll make enough money this summer to repair the hole in the barn!' Applejack thought to herself.

Just then, Pinkie Pie came bouncing along up the dirt path.

"HI AJ!" Pinkie squealed, "How are the apples?"

Applejack swallowed nervously. She made sure no other pony was around.

"They are nice and big as you can see," replied Applejack.

"And JUICY too!" Pinkie ate a whole apple in one bite.

"I-is that all you wanted Pinkie?" Applejack said a little unnerved.

"I just wanted to give you a fresh batch of cupcakes I made. There should be enough for the four of ya," Pinkie said with a wink.

"Uh, Pinkie? Did you want your 'supply'?" Applejack asked getting more and more nervous as this chat went on.

Applejack heard a funny noise. Like twigs and branches snapping. But before she could voice her concern, Pinkie interrupted her thoughts.

"Oh no-n-n-no. Not here. That would draw attention silly! Okey dokey lokey! I'll be off then. Meet you at midnight behind the barn," Pinkie said on a more serious note.

Pinkie Pie headed off in the direction she came.

Applejack glanced around in the direction she heard the noise, but saw nothing.
