Prolog;
It’s never easy, getting out for a long turn relationship. No matter how it ended, it’s still never easy. Brooke had been going out with jimmy for a little over 7 months. They never really had a good relationship, and Brooke was finally realizing it. She knew it had to end, so she took matters into her own hands. It was definitely hard for her to leave him, because he was all she ever knew. Her life was all about him, like he had her trapped, but she finally escaped. She was single for the rest of the summer, and when school had started it was hard to see him every day, but she got through the day. That’s where there storie ended, and another one began...
Chapter one-
Alley and her mom were talking, as the rest of us sat in the car silently, her and her mom always go back and forth at times like these, when there is a crowed to listen to them. They were talking about boys, once boy in particular. I did not know him, I have heard about him, but never talked to him. I felt bad for him though, considering Alley informed us all that he was in a coma. But as we pulled up to the school there conversation came to an end as I got out of the car, and off to cheer I went…
When I got home and went on Facebook I noticed something odd, Nick was online, and was the boy who was “in a coma” so, I messaged him.
“I thought you were in a comma...?”
“My friend put that up to see if anyone would care.”
“Oh okay. lol well I’m glad you’re okay!”
“Thanks and would you actually be concerned”
“Yeah, that would be terrible if that happened!”
And that’s when it all started. After that we talked, a lot. He was so kind, and such a sweetheart. And asked me out several times, but those were the reasons I was very hesitant. I was not used to that. But I finally agreed to go to the movies with him. Where we would also meet for the first time, ever. And as soon as I saw him, I was a goner.
He brought a friend, so it was as awkward, it was actually a lot of fun. As we got our seats Nick asked me out again, and I said yes. And suddenly, everything just felt right. I was happy, in a way I hadn’t been in a VERY long time. Although I must say, as happy as I was, I did not think that we would last long. But boy was I wrong.
