(A/N: The intro is mostly just the backstory. There will be three parts. In each part you will meet one character. If you didn't read the description of my story, it's about three teenagers thieves in the fairy tale world. They are on a mission to find the prized possessions of the royals. Then their mission takes a huge turn that will change their lives forever. Sorry if it's confusing. But, anyway here's the backstory, how they met, how it started, etc. ✌🏼😂 Enjoy!!)
——————————————————————
When I woke up everything was the same, the pink clouds outside, the same violet coloured sky, that I could see from my window. I got out of my bed and looked at my reflection in my shattered mirror. I looked the same. My auburn hair flowing down my shoulders, my sparkling blue eyes and small weak, fragile body. I had also looked so beaten up, but it was normal.
My parents are quite abusive and sadly, I'm used to it. Some days I wish I could just leave.Run away.
Then that's when I heard yelling and aggressive foot steps coming towards my room. It was my father. He hates me the most. He doesn't care if I died in the village or got hurt in the market.
He knew I was a freak. I have this odd kind of spiritual power, and my father hates me for it.
He's supposed to protect me from it, but he does the opposite. He puts me in danger.
"Why the hell did you wake up so late?" My father yelled at me.
"I'm sorry." I said as I looked at my feet, sad as if I had failed something, failed to satisfy him. I try my best to listen and maybe I'll get freedom in return, but I know that's it's no use.
My father stormed right up to me and hit me across the face with the back of his hand. My whole body had shifted position with the impact. I knew that I would 100% have a bruise there.
It wasn't done yet. Something else would happen. I knew it.
Ok be prepared, Elzie, I thought.
Just as I told myself this, I was punched in the stomach. It hurt so bad I fell to the ground.
"Oh ya. Does that feel good? No!" Said my father and started laughing at my crumbled state.
Clutching my ribs on the ground from pain, I was. I was kicked in the stomach again.
Honestly, I didn't know how I was still alive.
This definitely wasn't a good time, but I knew I had to use my powers now. Since I had spiritual powers, I had to use a bad spirit. It was the only way.
I could tell from my fathers eyes, he knew what I was about to do. He also looked frightened.
"No, no, no! You know I absolutely hate that. Don't you dare!" Once again, yelled my father.
My mother walked in and saw me in pain. She smiled. My mother was happy to see me in pain.
That only made me angrier and my eyes turned red. Black mist began to seep in curls from my palms and between my teeth.
The next thing I knew, there was a ghostly figure in my room. Somehow, it was connected with my mind. It did exactly what I had thought that moment.
I wanted to hurt my parents. They'll know how it feels, to be in pain and to be hurt. Having bruises, cuts and burns. Pain, agony. It was something I wanted my parents to feel.
Although I didn't want it to kill my parents.
I guess the ghostly figure scared them off and my parents ran out of my room. I was pretty proud of myself, to stand up like that too my parents. It felt amazing. Unbelievable. There were too many emotions going through me at once I didn't what to feel.
It did take my a while to calm myself down. The ghost didn't leave after a few minutes. I really had to take deep breaths and practically just sit there.
Once I calmed myself down, I got up knew exactly what I was doing today. The usual. Hanging out with my best friends, Salla and Cam.
Honestly I think they like each other but don't know it yet.
Yesterday, we said to met at our tree.
It's where we met. I guess we were all going through troubles with our families and all ran away to this specific tree. We saw each other and knew we were all so alike. We introduced ourselves, talked and hung out. I guess we grew very comfortable to each other. The tree of hung for the next 7 years after that.
Holy Crap! I can't believe that was already 7 years ago. Time sure flys.
We were all 9 when met. Well, Cam was 9 and a 1/2. (He liked to brag about it.) We all hung out there for about 5 hours. Then we went home. But right before leaving we made this tree our Majestic Hideout.
I was a bit jealous of their problems. They were nothing compared to mine. I was SO young and was going through too much. It was hard and still is hard.
I just want things to change around here...
A/N: AAAAAHH! This is my first story and honestly how do y'all writers keep up. (btw sorry if the next chapter isn't up soon.) hope you guys enjoyed even tho no one is probably reading this. Byyyye 😂✌🏼️💕
