Chapter 1

"Summer after highschool when we first met"

Jisoos POV

It was May 27th and here i am at the cafe i always hang at,

"I'm so bored when will classes start?" she said to herself

After 3 minutes of scrolling through her feed she hears her name being called,"Kim Jisoo?" the barista says behind the counter,Jisoo stands up and heads to the counter and grabs her Iced Latte and says "thanks" then the barista smiles and continues to wipe the counter

Jisoo was heading back to her table while sipping her Iced Latte and scrolling through her phone,while walking she bumps into something- or should i say someone..

She spills her coffee to that "someone's" shirt and jisoo quietly mumbles "shit" while putting her phone in her back pocket and gets her handkerchief while still looking down at the floor. she looks at that "someone's" chest and begins rubbing her towel on the stained part..with that she made it worst and she looks up then freezes..seeing the brunette in front of her made her frozen on her spot..the brunette then shakes her and says "um miss hello?are you okay?" the brunettes warm voice brought jisoo back to reality then jisoo speaks up and says "i should be the one asking you that" then both of them giggle

After a few minutes of staring into each other they both speak up at the same time then the brunette says "ah you go first" with that she gives jisoo a warm smile, then jisoo smiles and says "yeah, um sorry for staining your shirt i'll just buy you a new one,hehe" what the hell jisoo you don't even know her why would you buy her a new shirt and considering her shirts GUCCI!!YOU'LL BUY HER THAT? She says to herself,then she hands her hoodie out to the brunette, and the girl says "oh its okay ill just get it cleaned tomorrow" after a few minutes of staring and frozen at their spot,

someone clears their throat loud enough that the whole cafe stared at them, while that person is clearing her throat,she was looking around the cafe but not the two people in front of her,

Then the brunette speaks up and says "oh yeah right sorry i have to go,see my FRIEND here is getting impatient" then jisoo says "okay i'll see you around?" then they waved at each other but before the brunette could walk out jisoo tapped her shoulder and held her phone up to the brunette,"hm?what's this for'' while holding jisoos phone she asks,then jisoo looks down and says "can we switch numbers?" then the brunette giggled and says "sure" then she taps her number into her phone and gives it back to jisoo and says "jennie,Jennie kim'' while holding her hand out to jisoo,jisoo then replied and say "Jisoo,Kim jisoo" then shakes her hand and smiles,

after a few seconds of their 'brief meet' the girl beside jennie speaks up and says "can we go now" sounding very bored and walks out,then jennie lets go and says "kay,i'll see you around jisoo" but before she could turn her back she gives the petite girl a wink and continues to walk out,then jisoo stayed frozen in her spot after seeing her wink she then looks at her phone and looks at the number then sends a message,

Jennies POV

After walking out of the cafe the girl waiting for her then walks up to her and stands in front while her arms are sticking out and says "who was that and why are you wearing a hoodie?i didn't see you bring any hoodie" while smirking.."she was no one" jennie then replied while looking around suppressing her smile.''No one eh?first you both were staring at each other probably eye fucking each other then after she hands you her hoodie then i walked in see you wearing it already.explain?"

I swear to god this girl is so annoying she's like a mother when it comes to people who i meet or talk to.."fine i'll tell you" jennie then sighs and tell her all that happened then after a few minutes jennie speaks up and says "earth to chae?" while waving her hand infront of the girl..then chae started opening her mouth then shouts "HOLY MOTHER OF HELL YOU TWO ARE-" jennie quickly covers her mouth then says "why the fuck are you shouting" then chae mumbles into jennies palm "YOU TWO ARE MEANT TO BE!!" then after when chae calms down jennie lets go and walks ahead
