"Today class we are going to be practicing slow dancing since the winter ball is coming close and you want to know how to slow dance with your date""Thank you, Minnie ""Mr. Black I am glad that you like dancing but I do not need your input now everyone goes find a partner " the music starts "Would you like to dance Sirius sticks out his hand to Remus? Remus rolls his eyes "yes "Jame and lily are dancing, Marlene and peter are both dancing with people from Ravenclaw I get out of my trance when someone taps my shoulder "Would you like to dance with me" Rory Mclaggen ask "Thank you but no""But why not know both know you would love to- ""She said no Mclaggen" Severus comes from behind me and rest his hands lightly on my waist"And she is dancing with me"
"Rayne you can't be serious" looking between me and Severus
"No, he is" I point at Sirius and laugh, and "I am dead ass so sod off He scoffs

"Sorry about him love""Thank you for saving me" "I never got to ask you properly so Rayne do you want to dance""I would love to" we walk to the floor I look into his dark brown eyes that I adore so much he put one of his hands on my waist and the other in my head and pulls me close "Oi watch your hands" prongs practically yell across the floor I roll my eyes and shake my head and look back at Severus. "I'm not very good at dancing ""Don't worry I will teach you" he drops his head closer to my neck and we gracefully move across the floor until the music is finished."And you say you're a bad dancer""Well I had a great teacher" I smirk "Thank you for dancing with me""All my pleasure" I get on my tippy toes and kiss his cheek. I turn around and get my stuff and leave to go to the great hall for lunch "Wait for me at the doors" "Ok, I will". I arrive at the doors"Hey come sit with us Rayne," Lily asks "Sorry but I'm waiting for sev""Ok I see you go sit with loverboy " I smile and she walks-off5 mins go by sev still hasn't arrive 10 mins go by and I'm getting nervous 15 mins and I'm walking to the Slytherin common room to see if he is ok.I reach the common room shit I don't the password. I think and take a guess "Pureblood" it let me in I'm not shocked that that's the password and walk down to sev room and knock on the door nobody answers I listen closing and hear crying "Sev it's me are you ok"
No answer
"Severus I'm coming in" I open the door with my want and walk into his room I look around and don't see him I walk into the bathroom and see him on the floor crying with me dead on the floor and my chest slashed open with 3 lines he's muttering words that I can't understand and starts saying it's not working and how he's sorry My heart can't take it anymore I point my want at me on the ground and say
"Riddiukkuls"
I run over to Severus who is shaking and is now having a panic attack and sit down and grab his hands in mine
"Hey, Hey Sev, love it's me it was just a boggart it wasn't real " while he has tears streaming down his face he looks at me with tears in his eyes I kiss his knuckles as he leans into my neck and touch. "Hey love" he hums as a yes "just listen to my breathing you are having a panic attack. I need you to focus on my breathing can you do that for me" he nods. He slowly stops shaking and his breathing has calmed down to a point he can talk. "Severus can you tell me 5 things you see in this room "
"The floor, you, the mirror, the ceiling, and the door ""Now whats 4 things you can hear you are doing great ""Y-Your b-breathing, your voice, kids talking and footsteps""You're doing great love now whats 3 things you feel""You, the wall and my tears" His breathing was now back to normal "You are okay I'm okay and I'm not going anywhere" he looks at me with teary eyes "Promise""I promise" he nods I take one of my hands and wipe away the leftover tears he snuggles into my neck and I'm holding him with iron arms not letting go and playing with his hair. I look down to see him sleeping peacefully he looked exhausted I kiss his forehead and close my eyes.

I wake up, Severus is still cuddled in my arms just starting to wake up I start to play with his raven hair. I look down and see dark brown eyes staring back at me (not creepily though LOL). "Hey good morning how are you" he moves his head so it is now on my lap and looks up at me "Thank you for last night I really needed you and you were there" "You don't need to thank me. You scared me though it was a nasty boggart " he just nods his head "do you want to talk about it"
" no"
" that's ok" "I just don't want to lose you if I lose you I have nothing and I don't want you to leave me for someone else" I lean down and gently kiss his lips that still taste like black coffee and cigarettes " I am never leaving I am not going anywhere" Eventually we get up and I say goodbye to him once I make sure he was ok.
"Rayne oh my merlin you didn't come back last night and I was worried sick" "I'm sorry Lily, Severus never showed up so ii went to his door and he was having a panic attack because of a boggart and we ended up falling asleep on the bathroom floor".Lily looked shocked and worried "good thing you went to check on him" I nod "what was it" I look at her "the boggart" I paused " it was me..." she looked confused I finished my sentence " dead" " Rayne do you know what this means" she stops walking so I stop she looks at me
"Rayne his biggest fear is losing you".
