"Leah...Leah wake up" Cooper said shaking me "morning" i said "breakfast is ready, dress up" he said "i'll go in a minute" i said and he left. I slowly stood up, i barely had slept last night, I just could think about Martinus and his parents, I have no idea of what mg father is doing to them, luckily Francis will tell me tonight. I got some clothes and got changed, then I walked downstairs.

"Have you slept anything? You look tired" Cooper said "barely, I can't stop thinking about them" I said "hey, I'd sure they will be fine, I'm sure your father won't hurt them" he said "what is he does? It will be my fault, well, all of this is my fault" I said and a tear rolled down my check and Cooper hugged me "everything will be alright" he said "what if it's not" I said "we will win this, I will teach you how to fight and then we will teach the peasants, and everything will be alright" he said "alright, when do we start?" I said "as soon as you finish eating" he said.

When I finished breakfast we went outside "I think it will be better if we start with a wooden sword, so we don't hurt each other" Cooper said giving one to me "okay, how do I use this?" I asked "let me help you" he said walking behind me and taking my hands, I let him move my arms "move the sword like this" he said "okay, I think I'd getting it" I said "then try to do it yourself" he said, I tried to repeat the movements "that's quite good, try to not bend your wrist that much, you can hurt it" he said "like this?" I said repeating it "yes, that's perfect" he said

"You are a fast learner" Cooper said after some hours of training "thank" I said "let's try to fight" he said taking a wooden sword "okay" I said and we started to fight, we fought for some minutes, obviously I lost, I ended up on the floor and he put the ending of his wooden sword on my neck "you dead" he said and helped me to stand up "you did it really good" he said "thanks, I'm tired" i said "it's normal, we've been training for hours, we are done for today, tomorrow we will try with real swords" he said.

During the night we met with Francis "hey, how are they?" I asked him "the king locked them in the dungeons" he said "oh god" I said "the good thing is that the king has no clue of where you are

The next day he gave me a real sword, it was heavier "let's start" he said we started fighting, this time I lasted longer "ouch" i said as I felt the metal of Cooper's sword in my arm "omg, I hurt you, I'm so sorry" he said "it's okay, don't worry" I said "it doesn't look very deep, let me heal you before it gets infected" he said and we got inside "we should start teaching the peasants to fight" I said as he bandaged my arm "alright, we will start tomorrow, but little by little, if too many peasants suddenly come here, the king will know something is going on
