Xenia POV

Xander parks his car in the parking lot and switches of the engine then turns to face me. "Okay I will pick you up at 3pm sharp and please try to be early this time" he says. "Relax I'm always on time" I say. "yeah right" he smiles at me and I just roll my eyes at his comment. I give him a hug and a kiss on the cheek and before you start thinking ridiculous things, he is not my brother he is like my uncle. Him and my mother were very close, technically brother and sister but things happened so yeah. He pulled out of the parking lot and waves at me then drives off. Today is a big day for the both of us because it is his first day at work and my first day at school. I walk up the stairs that lead to the entrance and let me just say out of all my schools this is the biggest I've ever been to.

I enter the entrance door and there are hallways that go left,right and straight. I don't know where is the office so I decide to ask a girl that is busy with her phone. I walk up to her and greet her."Hi um, can you please show me the direction of the office." I say with my head looking at my feet. As you can see I'm a bit shy but not when someone pisses me of. "Oh hi, are you new here? Of course you're new, you don't know where the office is oh and by the way I'm Abigail but you can call me Abby because Abigail sounds boring and way to formal" she holds out her hand and I shake it with a smile on my face. "Xenia but please call me Nia" I say to her.

"Cool name but its a bit weird, but hey everyone is weird. Okay from here you take a left then go straight until you reach the genetors closet then turn right, from then go up the stairs then take another right then you have reached your destination" she says with a kind smile. All I heard was right right right. I just look at her like she had grown two heads. "what?" I say. "Don't worry I'll take you there. I suck at giving directions and if I was a GPS you would be totally lost" she says. " I don't think it was that bad" I say with a bit more confidence."yeah right you're just saying that, anyway this way." She gestures with her hand.

Abby and I walk to the office while talking with each other about random staff. I collect my textbooks and my schedule from the office then get back to Abby. "Okay let me see your schedule, OK so we have biology, physics and English together nice" she says with so much energy and what do I do.

smile. Out of all things a smile. This girl talks like my alarm.

I'm relived that I at least know one person in this school and my first class is english so I won't get lost. "Ugh why do papers have to be so heavy" I say referring to my books. "we can just drop them off at your locker and take the ones you will need for this period even the next if you want to." She says "sure" I reply. "what is your locker number" she asks. I look at the piece of paper I was given to at the office. "uhh 307" she nods then we continue to walk.

"Let me help you with that" she gestures to the books that weight 50 kg.I was about to give her some of my books but my phone rang. I go on a wild goose chase looking for my phone and in the process dropping my books. "I really have to pee right now" Abby says while busy squeezing her legs together. "No its fine you can go I got this" she leaves and I answer my phone. "Yes Xander" if you are wondering how I know its Xander he is the only person who has my phone number.

" Nia I'm just calling up to check on you" I put the phone by my ear and balance it with my shoulder while picking up my books. I finally pick them all up and I Stand up and hold the phone nicely. "you were saying" I was not listening so he had to repeat it. " I was saying that...

My books and phone were on the floor which means someone pushed me or something.I turn around and without thinking I say what's on my mind

I come in contact with the most handsome guy I have ever seen, he has green eyes, dark brown hair that was messy but put together I mean does that even make sense, his jaw is slightly sharp and OMG
his lips I wonder what it would be like to kiss them. He smelt so good i can't even describe it. We were staring at each other and I could stare at those eyes until internity. SNAP out of it Nia I mentally face palm myself. I now rembered what was going on and I was back to earth .
