Amie's pov-

"it's so hot! i dislike summer a lot," i tell miguel whos sweating like we are inside a toaster.

"we know amie, but you don't wanna put on the ac." he says shaking his head.

i shake my head and turn it on, "there it's on. it better not throw hot air like last year," i say

"it doesn't, mom forces me to fix it before summer." he says

"great." i say loving her idea.

"anyways, you can't hate summer." miguel says

"and why is that?" i ask him

"well because duh, summertime is meant to fall in love." miguel says quoting jaden smith, i laugh

"oh please. love is not real in high school." i say

"yeah yeah whatever," he says as he parks in a spot. We get our stuff out and put on our sunscreen. I just wanted to go inside the water at this point.

"okay well everyone is already here, so don't do anything embarrassing," he says laughing and i punch him playfully

we walk to his friends, "hey everyone shes here!" he says smiling.

"who?" asks a tall kid

"my twin sister, amie!" miguel says

"OH AMIE! miguel talks about you a lot," says the tall kid, "i'm demetri," he says smiling

"hello," i say smiling

"that's hawk & moon, and that's aisha with tory," miguel tells me and i nod and wave at all of them.

"you're so gorgeous!" says moon

"thank you! you're gorgeous too!" i tell her smiling, she was really gorgeous.

"we've heard so much about you amie! glad you're finally here," says tory and i smile

"thank you!" i say smiling.

"come!" aisha says to me and i go to her and she hugs me.

"oh okay," i say hugging her back.
"do you want to get in with us?" tory asks and i nod

"it's so hot!" i say laughing and they nod and we walk into the water which was cold but we didn't care it would cool us down.

"dude you didn't tell us you had a hot twin sister?" i heard demetri tell miguel

"gross don't want those words coming out your mouth again!" miguel tells him fake gaging and i laugh.

"what's so funny?" tory asks
"nothing," i shake my head.
"so amie, how are you liking it?" aisha asks

"oh it's great. hot girls and hot boys," i say smiling
tory giggles, "agreed."

"hopefully you can help your brother get over his breakup," aisha says

"breakup?" i asks and aisha nods her head
"he's miserable." tory says

"oh god i didn't even notice, and who's the bitch who did this to him?" i ask

"samantha larusso" aisha says
"i hate that bitch." tory says

"i do too, no one fucks with miguel," i tell her

"okay we see you protective sister," aisha says laughing.

The girls and i stay in the water for 30 minutes and then go out to get a tan.

"guys i have to go! i'm sorry" moon says

"aw, you're not going to eat with us?" i ask
"no i have a project to do with my mom for her work, sorry! it was nice meeting you though!" she tells me and hugs me.

"nice meeting you too!" i tell her and hug her back.

She says bye to everyone and then leaves.
Someone comes and sits next to me but i didn't see who,

"hello new girl," says an unfamiliar voice tht makes me look up, it was hawk.

"hello mohawk," i say smiling and he rolls his eyes.
"how are you liking it here?" he asks and i shrug

"eh, but do you have a picture of a chick named samantha larusso?" i ask and he rolls his eyes

"that princess?" he gets his phone out and types and then shows me her

"great thanks," i tell him

"what do u want with her?" he asks
"i just wanted to see what she looked like," i told him truthfully

"well anyways, you're hot" he says smirking, making the girls look our way.

"thanks i get that a lot." i say and then rolling my eyes

"hawk go bother someone else, you have moon!" aisha tells him

" damm she caught you," i say, "moons hot btw, tell her jm single when you tell her that you called me hot!" i tell him and he shakes his head and flips me off and then leaves to play volleyball with the boys.

"that was funny. he never gets rejected," tory says laughing

"i didn't know he was dating moon," i told them

"yeah, they don't really act like a couple," aisha says

"on top of that she used to bul-" tory gets interrupted

"shut up tory! he'll kill you!" aisha tells her

"sorry," tory says looking down.

"no no continue, i'm not gonna tell i promise." i tell them truthfully

"well..." aisha said
"she used to bully him," tory whispers
"now she's like omg my baby!" aisha whispers, "he had a glo up and now she wants him?"

"now thts fucked up." i tell them. "if u didn't like him at his worst.."

"you can't have them at their best," says tory agreeing with me

"period!" aisha says and i laugh

"i'm hungryyyyy," tory says

"let's go bother the boys," tory says and we get up and go to them

"hey miguelll we're hungryyyy," i tell him
"yeah can we go eat pls" tory says

"right now?" he asks

"yes!" aisha says
"okay get your things so we can go eat somewhere," he says

the girls and i all smile and go and get our things ready so that we can go eat somewhere.

"where are we gonna go?" aisha asks

"there's a sushi place around here that's really good!" demetri says

"oh i want sushi!" tory says

"is everyone good wish sushi?" miguel asks and everyone nods.

We go to our car and we have to take everyone because they all came with moon. That meant one of us had to sit on someone.

"you can sit on me amie," hawk says smirking only where i can hear him.

"in ur dreams." i say

thankfully, there's a little space between aisha and tory so i sit there.
