Firey's POV

Today was the day, after the incident in the library I felt so embarrassed to see her again after what happened. But I was going to prom with her and I promised her I would drive her home. So, me being still embarrassed I put on my red bowtie on my chest. I think it looks good enough. Before I left to the prom I saw I had 15 mins left before it started, so I decided to take some time to buy her a present. I drove to the flower store and looked around for a flower, I then saw a beautiful flower crown and knew it would be the one for her. I bought it and drove to the prom. Hope she likes the gift.

Pin's POV

Me and Coiny were heading over to the prom. I wore my favorite necklace and he wore his yellow bowtie. I told him it looked ridiculous but he didn't care, he liked it anyway. I sighed and chuckled and we both headed inside the school gym.

Leafy's POV

I was so scared to go, I had never been to a prom before, I heard it's just a dance party and there's food and music. As I got ready I put on my white necklace and my flower bracelet. Sadly I didn't have anything to put on my head so guess I have to go out how I am. As I headed to the gym I heard music and a bunch of people there. There was a lot of people. I looked around trying to find Firey but I didn't see him. Maybe he lied to me, maybe he stood me up for someone else. Maybe he doesn't even care about me anymore. As I reached outside of the gym I heard a voice.

Firey's POV

"Leafy!" I shouted on the top of my lungs. She turned around and we both looked at each other. She looked so beautiful and amazing. Her necklace sparkled in the moonlight and her bracelet glistened in the light. "You look...amazing..." I told her. "Th-thanks..." She said as she came towards me and hugged me. I hugged her back and we had a good moment hugging each other. "Oh! Before I forget, here's something I got for you, take it as a gift for how much you made me feel...like myself again..." I put the flower crown on her head and she blushed as I put it on. "W-wow, no one has ever gotten me a gift before...thank you..." She said in a sweet voice. As we finished talking we hear the dj putting on some slow music. (I never done this at school so this is new to me) "Would you take this dance?" I said in a clever little voice. "Why of course good gentleman." She said jokingly. We both laughed and I took her hand and we both headed inside the gym. She put my arms on me and I put mine. As we both slow danced, she whispered to me,

"Hey Firey?"

"Yeah?"

"I-I love you..."

"I love you too lea-"

Suddenly, we see someone running and yelling, "FIRE! THERE'S FIRE IN THE SCHOOL!"

Leafy's POV

As I hear the person running and yelling, I get scared and hold Firey's hand. He looks at me and we see everyone running to the door. We were at the end of the group when suddenly we get trapped in the school gym, big long wood planks covered the door and we tried to push our way through. It didn't budge. Firey then took my hand and said to me, "Come on! I know I way outta here!" I take his hand and we run through the burning fire, since Firey was fire he didn't worry about the smoke, but I did. I kept coughing and I felt myself getting weaker. As we're halfway almost to the exit I collapsed on the ground coughing and Firey came over to my side. "F-Firey, I...I can't m-make it..." "No leafy, don't say that, we can make it. I promise. I'll carry you ok? You cover your mouth while I get us outta here. Ok?" He said it in a comforting voice, so sweet. I nodded and he ran as fast as he could to the exit.

Pin's POV

As I looked around I saw leafy and firey come out of the other exit. I ran over to Leafy who looked exausted and Coiny came over too. Firey told me to call 911 and as I called them Coiny checked everyone else making sure they were ok. Firey was holding on leafy and hugging her, I saw tears running down his eyes. (don't ask how he isn't burning.) As the ambulance finally arrives and the firefighters Firey follows leafy to the ambulance, I tell Firey to go with her and make sure shes ok. He heads inside the ambulance and the vehicle drives away. "I hope Leafy will be ok." I whisper to Coiny. I hug him and he hugs me. "She'll be fine. I promise..."

You thought it was then end? Haha, no. Next chapter will be the last chapter actually because I got my motivation back yay! :D Anywho so might take me a while on the next chapter because I'm on a road trip rn so see u next chapter! :)
