ANNA'S FATE ||ONGOING||

Chapter 10: Ouch!

Leo led her to a table where they both sat down. The waiter came for their order, Anna looked at the the menu "Uhmm I think I'll take a grilled chicken with hot sauce and broccoli" Anna said.
"Okay ma, what about you Sir?" The waiter asked Leo. "Same as hers but get us a champagne"Leo replied. "Okay Sir" the waiter saido and left.
      There were some bottles of water arranged on the table so Anna drank of a bottle of water as she looked around the place in admiration like a newborn baby just delivered into the world.
"Do you like the place" Leo asked interrupting Anna's thought. "Hmm I don't like it" Anna replied. "Huh" Leo said with a raising brow.
    "Don't get so shocked, I love this place, the chandeliers, the art work, man! This place is beautiful!"Anna said. "Funny! Glad you love it"Leo replied with a chuckle.
The waiter came with the trolley with food in it as he served them both. A bright smile shone on Anna's face because finally the food was here. Anna began eating while Leo poured some wine for *theirselves*. They both ate as they chatted about their high school life, Anna couldn't help but laugh about how Leo was so naughty and always got detention but always go hide in the janitor's room.
    Anna kept laughing until she got choked, he quickly went to her seat and caressed her back as he gave her water, after she felt calm she quickly left go of his hold, "I'm alright" she said. "Okay let's get going it's getting dark" Leo replied as he gave her napkin to clean her mouth.
      Leo paid the bills and they went straight to the elevator, as he was about to press the button "Wait! let's not stop straight at the ball hall, let's take the stairs there" Anna said.
     Leo had to agree with her cos he could see the enthusiasm in her eyes, so he did as she wished. While they were in the elevator, Leo was on a call so she was in there doing nothing cos she dropped her purse which had her phone in the car.
"Bing" the elevator opened. "Okay bye" Leo said as he cut the call. "Okay let's get going" he said.
     Anna ran down the stairs while touching the beautiful art works on the wall not minding her heels. "Be careful" Leo said. "I'm careful" she said as she slowed down, then Leo caught up with her.
    As she was about to take another step, she lost her balance and her ankle was twisted. "Ouch!" Anna said as she winced in pain. "I told you to be careful, Dora" he said as he bent down to check her ankle as she sat on the stairs.
    "Are you going to tease me even in pain" Anna said as she tired standing up. "Hey! Keep still" Leo said as he lifted her up in his arms, "No! No! Please put me down" Anna said.
    "I can't let you have your way now cause the last time you had your way this happened" Leo said referring to the incident that just happened.
