Chapter 1

KAO P.O.V.......

"Slash", was all I heard as I stood on the battle field. My soul flooded in sorrow  and my spirit soaked in pain. Although blind, I could see the blood that soiled the temple. "Kao", I turned as the voice called to me. Admist all this violence , I still that sweet melody call to me. "Pete, I am here", I scream out with all my strenght as I was already weak. I felt a heavy on my hand and knowing who it was I hugged him and I began to cry. "I am scared Phi, I am s-so scared", I oughted as we both sat on the ground  while the war drama played around us.

"Kao, you know I love you right", I nodded in reply to the question he asked,"if yes then please lets end this. It is because we met and fell in love that is why this happened", he spat out and like being pierced by thorns I shivered in his embrace. Can he be serious? Is he gonna end our relationship? But-but it is not our fault . Why? Why now?. All these thoughts run through my head after he spoke and I felt even more scared when his warm embrace left my side. I knew what he wanted to end it but I could not..........let him go alone.."WAIT", I hurled out and on queue he held me . "We planned this together and we would end together ", I say to him with my last courage. "No, you have done nothing . I made you fall for me and now our people are in war . So please just stay safe and find another lover", he sealed his words with a kiss and just like the wind he left.

All stressed I yelled out to the goddess to grant me a vision to see my lover one time . And for once I gained sight but my sight saw a bad scene. "PETE NOOOOO!!!", Iscreamed as I watched  my lover jump off the heavenly cliff to take his life................

NEW P.O.V........

"PETE!!!", I yelled out as I woke up from the nightmare. I immediately blinked and found  tears trickle my face like a waterfall. Cleaning them up I got up and got ready  for my new job in the Vihokratana mansion.........

"8:20, I am 40 mins. early for the work", I said to myself once I got off the bus and continued my journey on foot. At the entrance,I stood astonished. I knew I I was working for a wealthy man but this, his house is like a whole city. As I gladly marched in, I carefully searched  through to find my way and after 30 mins I was lost. "Sa wat dii kha", a young lady greeted me and I wai-ed to her. "Sawat dii , may I know were to find Mr. Vihokratana khrap,"," oiii you might be the new staff , right this way ummmmmmm,"" New, my name is New". I smiled back as we began to walk down the hall.

After reaching a large wooden door, Sandee, the young lady stopped and said," this is his office and if you ever need to find me just ask for me okay"," okay and thank you khrap", I said as she disappeared down the stairs. Now time for me to face the man himself......

3RD P.O.V.......

New knocked on the door and heard a loud come in so he did. Standing in front of him was an old man , who looked in his 60's , reading a load of documents. "Sa wat dii khrap Khun Vihokratana" New greeted the man before the older acknowledged his presence." Sorry young man please have a seat , I am Mr. Vihokratana or Tana for short", Tana said as he offered New a chair. "No worries Sir. I am here to take the position of the secretary khrap",the younger said in a low voice. "Ohh the job offer , ummm well Mr. New I am sorry but someone has the position", sadness crept on New's face as he heard the news but soon changed when he heard the man continue," but I have a new job which I think you might like"," any job I am willing to do", the younger responded in eagerness to get a job.

Seeing how New wanted to work, Tana could not turn him down so he decided to give him a nice job. Pressing the intercom, he asked the presence of his son and soon after the young man stood in the office looking unhappy as always." Tay meet New, your new P.A", the old man smiled as the two widely opened their eyes. "Dad , I dont need a new one , please I can do fine  on my own. Besides he is probably in need of only cash and mqy try to rob us." Tay scoffed. New who was queit all along  got up and looked straight into Tay's eyes and said," Mr. Tay, I know I dont have or own much but that does not mean I am a thief. If I was why would I come from Khao Yei to Bangkok to seek a job huh", the billonaire and his son stood amased at how a poor man could stand his ground against Tay. "He even shut Tay up. That should teach my brat how to talk to others. Thank God , finally someone who can go up against my son. This should be fun😏", Tana thought. "This is final Tay and you are to obey, am I clear?" The younger wanted to object but seeing serious his dad was quietly nodded and left the scene.

"Good, now New you will start on Monday and dont be worried about what happened. That son of mine utterly stupid because he still thinks money is everything", Tana said and bid goodbye to the soon to be P.A in the mansion......

"HOW WOULD HE COPE WITH SOMEONE WHO THINKS SOO LOW OF HIM?  WOULD HE IMMEDIATELY QUIT OR CONTINUE HIS JOB?  THAT ALL DEPENDS ON NEXT WEEK", New sighed greatly as all these run through his thinking cap as he left the mansion...........
