Today was the day.. the day i started my new school of course i was nervous who wouldnt be nervous on their first day at a new school. i had been clean from cutting for 3 months, i hadn't even thought about it. ''you ready darling? breakfast is ready'' mum shouted up to me ''im coming'' i shouted back as i grabbed my bag and made my way downstairs

''do you want a lift today?'' mum asked as i sat down at the table eating my pancakes ''no i think ill walk.. ill have to get used to it'' i replied laughing ''okay darling well eat that and leave, i'll be home at 4 today because i have a job interview.. enjoy your day'' mum said giving me a kiss

i finished my pancakes and walked to school. it wasn't far only around the corner from me.. like a 10 minute walk max. i had to report into the headteachers office so he could give me my time table and show me around a little.. my belly had butterflies in it, i was so nervous. i pulled down the sleves to my top so they covered up my scars and i put my blazer on.

i walked into the school.. for the time there was loads of people already here which was a good thing i suppose.. i got some weird looks as to say 'who the fuck are you' but i just ignored them and kept walking.

i sat outside the headmasters office waiting for him to come out ''Alexa is it?'' he asked greeting me ''yes it is'' i replied with a smile on my face ''ok, this is katy shes in all of your classes so i thought it would be a good idea if she showed you around and you could hang with her for the day to see how things go'' he said ''and here is your timetable'' he replied handing over a white piece of paper with all my classes on them.

me and Katy walked towards our first class ''just to warn you there is these boys in here that are complete assholes. just ignore them'' katy imformed me ''oh okay thanks'' i replied laughing ''so where do you come from? you dont have a chesire accent'' katy said examining my face ''i live.. used to live in devon but my step-dad got a job up here so here i am'' i laughed ''oh lovely'' katy said

the teacher came out and told us to go in the class and told me to wait at the front of the room ''ok guys, we have a new student..'' she looked at me for me to say my name ''Alexa'' i told the class who where all staring at me ''ok alexa, you can sit next to..., well you may aswell sit next to Katy'' she replied i lookd at katy and smiled making my way there taking out my books and things from my bag.

''mr styles you're late'' i heard mrs andrews say so i looked up and in walked a gorgeous boy, piercing green eyes and brown curly locks ''wow'' i mumbled under my breath ''back off bitch he is mine'' i heard someone say behind me i looked behind and there sat the most plastic girl i had ever seen in my life.. her long blonde fake hair laying on the table. her make-up done on point and well she was just so.. whats the word? slutty.

''thats cara.. ignore her she's a bitch'' katy whispered in my ear i looked at her and laughed.

that lesson went better then i expected. next job was to find my locker ''what number?'' katy asked me as i pulled out a piece of paper from my pocket which had the number on it ''265'' i replied looking around ''oh thats near me let me show you'' she told me leading me to where our lockers where.

i entered my code and placed my books in there and out the corner of my eye i notcied a large shadow so i looked and there stood that boy from english class.. oh and that bitch cara.

i closed my locker and make my way towards katys and then we walked to our next lesson together.

it was now lunch time me and katy made our way to the lunch hall and sat down to eat our food, me and katy had spoke lots and we got to know eachother quite well.. but i hadn't told her about my self harming because i didnt want to scare her away on my first day. ''harry keeps looking at you'' katy whispered in my ear

i turned my head to look at him and he started to walk towards us ''you're the new girl right? we have english together'' he said sitting in the seat next to me ''y-yeah thats me'' i replied smiling ''i've got a party at my house on friday would you-'' he looked at katy ''and your friend like to come?'' i looked at katy confused as to why the most popular boy in school wanted me to go to his party ''ill think abo--'' before i could say anything else i got interupted by a irratating voice ''eww harry what are you doing speaking to her? you dont know where she has been'' cara said smirking at me

my first day of school and im basically getting bullied all over again. way to go me.

school was finally over and i headed home.

to my suprise mum was there ''how was your day sweetie?'' she asked me ''yeah it was good.. made a friend her names katy, shes really lovely'' i replied ''did you tell her about.. you know, the--'' she said poiting down at her arm ''way to go mum ruining my mood. great one'' i shouted standing up and running upstairs to my room.

i dont know why i just shouted at my mum she was only asking me if i had told katy about my self harming but i wasn't ready.. i just wasnt ready to tell anyone,
