Little Steven X Lapis (Steven Universe)

This is for Venom5225! Steven will be a little in this oneshot and his littlespace she will be around 5! Enjoy the cuteness of this Stapis chapter!

Btw, this takes place before Steven Universe Future!

Summary: Little Steven spends some time with his girlfriend Lapis while in littlespace!

Steven turned to littlespace as a coping mechanism for his PTSD and stress. Lapis and the rest of his family didn't mind, as long as their little Steven was happy.

Steven was sitting on the floor in the temple. He was in littlespace. The gems and Greg had to go out, so Lapis was good to be watching over Steven. They were in a relationship!

Lapis entered the temple. "Hi Steven!" She smiled warmly, her wings made of water visable. Steven's eyes lit up. "Lapis!" He immediately ran up to her and thew his arms around her.

She was much taller than him. "Aren't you a little sweetheart today?" She cooed in a motherly tone as she gently hugged her boyfriend close to her. Steven giggled, blushing a little.

He cuddled into his girlfriend's lap, nuzzling her. He knew Lapis sort of had PTSD too, from being fused with Jasper at the bottom of the ocean for so long. Lapis hugged him close.

"You're my little darling, Steven..." She smiled softly as she stroked Steven's curly hair. Steven giggled as they both slightly blushed. "And you're my sweet water princess!" Steven said.

Lapis chuckled. "Water princess, huh?" Steven nodded happily. "Well then, that makes you my prince!" She kissed Steven's cheek tenderly, making Steven giggle again. "It does!"

Lapis smiled warmly, kneeling down as she hugged Steven who wrapped fix chubby arms around her waist. The water gem then nuzzled Steven and kissed his forehead sweetly.

"Lapis, you're tickling me!" Steven giggled as he reached up and kissed his girlfriend's cheek and forehead in return, nuzzling into her chest as Lapis protectively held him.

Lapis was a little overprotective of Steven when he was little like this. A faint blush spread through both of their cheeks as the couple hugged, pulling each other nice and close.

Steven was wearing an oversized pink sweater with a yellow star on it and lapis was wearing her normal blue attire. Steven has a few stuffed animals and action figures by him.

Lapis saw and grabbed a pink teddy bear. "Aw, who's this, baby?" She cooed as Steven blushed slightly. "Mrs. Cotton Candy Bear!" He said shyly.

Lapis awed and hugged him close. "You're adorable, sweetheart..." Steven cuddlesd into her with a smile, reaching for his bear as Lapis handed it to him. "And you're sweet too..." He grinned up at her as Lapis smiled.

The two played for a while with Steven's toys. After an hour, Lapis noticed Steven starting to yawn. "Aw, is someone sleepy?" Lapis cooed as she stroked his hair soothingly.

"No..." Steven lied, rubbing his eyes tiredly as he looked up at his girlfriend. Lapis chuckled and picked up Steven effortlessly. "I think you are, darling..." She sat him on the bed.

Steven yawned again. "Stay..." He reached for Lapis who wrapped her arms around her boyfriend, kissing him lovingly as Steven giggled, his tired eyes glittering with happiness.

Lapis lightly rocked Steven.  Steven again, cuddling against her. "Lapis..." He murmured as Lapis continued rocking him, humming softly. "Go to sleep, Steven...I'm here...I love you, my darling..." She cooed warmly.

Steven slowly fell asleep in his girlfriend's arms, feeling safe, warm, loved and happy. "Nighty-night, Lapis...." He whispered before falling asleep. Lapis smiled and kissed her sleeping boyfriend's head gently.

"Goodnight, Steven..."
