The next murder is less obvious but still lethal or should I say deadly, they deserved to die don’t worry. Nannies or Mannies or those responsible for the care and well being of children should be aware of the lasting and traumatizing damage they can inflict on their young and fragile charges, they should be responsible for the damage they cause or the lives they ruin and should be punished accordingly.

Munchausen by Proxy is a condition that should never be mixed with child care, shouldn’t be mixed with children full stop. The problem of accountability is that it is solely on the individual to disclose mental deficiency, misconduct or abuse. An unlikely scenario when it's your word against a child and in a industry of increased demand it is always easy for someone intelligent to hide their victims in the cracks of the system. This system then closes ranks protecting the predator within their midst, rather than admitting that like every other system or organisation; theirs has flaws too that undermine the service and care they are attempting to provide.

In essence this is what my next victim did, committing atrocities that went unnoticed or unpunished. Busy parents don't really have time to notice the nanny is poisoning their child for attention. To be honest most Munchausen by Proxy cases are about a parent doing the harm for attention not a professional caregiver; there are screening tests to stop this occurrence, another flaw one can suppose. To be fair this one would be classed as self defence if I didn't take so much enjoyment in planning it out not that I was caught for this one.

I would love to tell you I was a normal five year old with piggy tails, a large collection of dollies and smears of chocolate on my clothes and face but I would be lying. I was one of those gifted kids who sat on father's favourite chair reading Grimm's fairy tales in its native German because it loses something precious in translation. To say the nanny pissed me off by depriving me of my valuable reading time is an understatement. I was fine with her rushing me to the doctors with the initial claim of asthma as I gained more reading time but when she started giving medication for something I didn't have the novelty wore off.

Asthma, Aspergers (she tried autism first), glasses and the list of fake external things grew dermatitis, allergic reactions, light sensitivity, some of these made me think she was clever for tricking the doctors. Then I suffered an iron overdose, I thought vomiting blood looked awesome like something out of gothic fantasy especially with my blue tinged skin until it sprayed my book; I was rushed to the hospital but this time eyes were on her so she did something unforgivable. As I lay on the bed writhing on the bed wracked with convulsions she blamed my mother, I screamed it wasn't true but they told me they were sending her away.

I recovered long enough to get home and after three days home she made me inhale helium which landed my father in the same facility and me in emergency. Worse case they ever saw they told me two parents with Munchausen stupid fools they went on to say if my parents confessed, they would be treated and released but would not regain custody of me. The evil nanny bitch would get no prison time for what she did to me let alone my parents, and the doctors left me in her care; she was right those doctors are imbeciles but she was worse than them.

The nanny told me every weakness, her allergies, her habits, her addictions and I used them to destroy her. The idiot is an alcoholic, is allergic to nuts and she imbibes before bed this will be incredibly painful for... her. Finding her alcohol stash was the best get well present I received, placing a dash of amaretto (almond liqueur) in her noxiously sweet peach schnapps was easier than stealing her epi pen but both were accomplished. I waited until she had her second shot before walking out of my room with a triumphant grin on my face. This went precisely to plan nice.

"You are going to call for an ambulance and while explaining that you're having a severe allergic reaction and can't find your epi pen, you are going to confess that you have Munchausen by proxy and that you were poisoning me." I smirked.

"Not happening, I'm very careful with my drinking." She laughed.

"I spiked your peach schnapps, so if you don't you'll die. The only way you'll live is your epi pen as they will get here to late so I suggest you hurry up." I snarled my earlier good mood gone.

The good mood returned when she turned white as a sheet and my grin re-emerged this woman didn't know who she was dealing with. The nanny grabbed the phone and dialled 911, shaking and pale she told them that she poisoned me with iron and helium and was having an allergic reaction and couldn't find her epi pen. As she spoke I grabbed her hand placed the epi pen in it and made her inject its single dose into me; as I blacked out and she started spasming and I hoped the paramedics read this right.

I awoke in hospital with my parents at my bedside and a concerned doctor hovering I knew they bought it. The nanny according to official record was drinking amaretto regardless of her allergies including while I was under her care; then her delicate mental condition made her inject me with her epi pen while requesting an ambulance for her allergic reaction. Then nanny grew frantic when she realized the ambulance would be too late; as she had needle marks up her arms from trying to stop her death.

Too bad, so sad, serves the mental nanny right,

whose to know that amaretto went down the loo that night.

If you were in my tiny shoes would you have acted like me,

that evil woman had to go to set my family free.

Those these methods aren't approved,

you can see their tried and true.

Though violence can't solve every case,

it worked within its time and place.
