When they got to the place they were going to camp they started to set out their tents. The tent arrangements were quite simple, the girls in one tent the boys in the other tent and the adults in the last tent. No one had any problems with the arrangements so they started to build their tents.

Iruka and Kakashi had gone camping before so building a tent was nothing hard to do, so they got their tent set up first. Then they went to see if the kids needed help with their tents.

Sakura had gone camping with her parents before so she was explaining the instructions to Hinata. Hinata was listening carefully and once they had throughly read and understood the instructions they started to build their tent and got it set up in no time. Sakura then pulled out a bunch of lights and decorations out of her bag and asked Hinata if she wanted to help with the decorating, which she agreed.

Naruto and Sasuke were having more trouble with their tent. "I've never gone camping Sasuke, I don't know how to set up a tent!" Naruto yelled. "I've never gone camping either dope, but I could easily set this up if you would get your ass off the instructions!" Sasuke yelled back. Naruto looked at where he was sitting and then pulled the instructions from under him while blushing from embarrassment. "Well I'm sorry, Dattebyo." "It's fine, just don't be an idiot next time ok, Naruto?" "Ok Sasuke!" Both of their cheeks were dusted pink as they started to read the instructions and assemble the tent together.

After the tents were set up they all started to lay their sleeping bags down, put their bags in the tents, and hung out either in their tents or were trying to start a fire for when they eat. Sasuke stayed in his tent while Sakura was about to show Hinata how to start a fire. Naruto went over to join them, "Can you show me how to start a fire Sakura-chan? I've never been camping."

"Sure Naruto, Hinata's never been camping either so I can teach you both!" Sakura told the two to go find about six dry sticks each nearby. They quickly found the sticks and returned to Sakura who had gathered some dry leaves.

"Lay your sticks in a pile and watch me." Naruto and Hinata lied their sticks down and listened to Sakura closely. "All you have to do is lay some leaves down then rub two of your sticks together really fast and that will start the fire." She explained then demonstrated for us. It took a while but there was eventually a small fire. Sakura wiped her hands on her shorts and smiled at us. We were impressed.

"But Sakura there's no way a fire this small is gonna be enough to cook for six people. How are we gonna make it bigger?" Naruto asked.

"She'll probably add more sticks and leaves to the fire, Naruto-kun." Hinata answered.

"That's right Hinata, I knew you'd get the hang of camping." Sakura said. Hinata blushed, shes not very used to compliments or anyone telling her shes doing something right. Kakashi came out of his and Iruka's tent with his book in his hand.

"Good you three got the fire started, make sure it doesn't go out though. It'll be hard to eat with no light." He said before walking of into the woods.

Hinata and Sakura started having a conversation but I couldn't find a way to butt into it. I didn't want to either, they were just talking about girl stuff like painting their nails and doing their hair in the morning. I was bored so I decided to go to my tent and try to talk to Sasuke. I crawled through the tent opening and saw Sasuke reading a book. I decided I wouldn't bother him and went to lay down on my sleeping bag, but when I sat down something stabbed me in the butt. "Ow, that hurt!" I yelled.

"What hurt?" Sasuke asked while looking up from his book, rather annoyed.

"I sat on something sharp and it stabbed me." I said as I moved my sleeping bag to see what was under it.
