Sent by god as a sacrifice
I will gladly give my life
I am seen as an abomination
A criminal of the nation
But I continue to stand and preach
Underground until the enemy has reached
And offers me a choice
One that I will give no voice
Underground we rejoice
As the crowd lifts up their voice
To the one and only king
Then in my leg, I feel a sting
I have been shot from behind
The commotion has inclined
As the crowd scattered for their life
Soon mine will end with a knife
They have taken me to a dark room
I feel here is were I will meet my doom
They looked me straight in the eye
And told me that I will die
If I do not deny my savoir Christ
Then they will gladly take my life
My heart starts to race
As I laugh to their face
They we not very amused
So they started the abuse
They broke my ribs with a bat
Hit me in the leg that cracked
The agony was unbearable
But all l could think of was Jesus's parables
He had died for me
I must do the same for thee
The beating had stopped
And they had left me in a room that was locked
Laying in my blood
Being crawled on by bugs
Scared to death I pondered
That brought myself to wonder
What will my death change
Something must be rearranged
Nothing is wasted with the Lord
I smiled, I couldn't have asked for more
Tomorrow is my public execution
But that's the beginning of this nations revolution
The morning sun broke the night sky
Thus is the day that I will die
But my death will not be in vain
It will ignite the world aflame
Some will see my death as a blood sport
Others will see it as martyr for a God worth dying for
This is my predestined fate
I have a date with a burning stake
Thousands of people screaming for my head
I prayed silently for these people that want me dead
They throw objects at me violently
But my God cries out them constantly
This is why I am here
To show I have no fear
Because my life is in God's hands
He is the one will the grand plan
They tied me to the stake
Told me the reasons for this fate
They placed a burning touch underneath me
But I let out no scream
I stayed quiet, and listened to the cheering crowd
While knowing that this will lift there doubt
I watched the crowd through the flames
I could see that now, they are not the same
My pain started to drift away
And everything stared to feel okay
Peace overtook my body
And my Lord has taken me custody
