"Sir. We found her location." Said a guard. A smile crept onto Ridley's face, "Good. About time we found her." He stood up from his throne, "Thanks to that Thermal Radiation machine Mother Brain left behind." He then pointed to a few soldiers conversing. "You four! Get onto that planet and hunt that Phazon woman down!" His eyes narrowed, "And make sure to bring her to me alive." The guards nodded.
The main door of the ship unlatched itself, the air of the forest below forcibly blowing through. The guards jumped down one by one, their weapons in hand. With the Dark Hunter's signal showing her within a 15 mile radius, the soldiers ran to the sight instantly.
Except for one, that is. Hagghini had better ideas.
The Dark Hunter walked towards a large puddle from the earlier rainfall. She kneeled down and barely touched the puddle, when she felt the ground shake slightly. Sensing the guards nearby, she left as swiftly as possible, her sudden levitation allowing her to avoid common obstacles like tree roots and mud.
"We're hot on her trail!" One guard said into his microphone within his helmet. "Good." The Space Dragon replied, "Don't lose sight of her." Doing as told, the men aimed their weapons. Dark Samus sped through the woodland, narrowly dodging each bullet. The soldiers began to lose stamina, slowing down as they tried to catch their breaths.
About 5 miles away, on the edge of a cliff, Hagghini readied his weapon, presumably a bazooka. He aimed it just barely a few yards in front of the Dark Hunters current location. "Night night, clone..." Hagghini smirked.
He pulled the trigger.
