You groaned as your friend was driving you to the movie theaters. She desperately wanted to see a movie with you, even though you had exams coming up. All you wanted to do was to study, but NO. You just had to go to the movies with her! Well, you didn't mind it that much, actually. It's just that there weren't any good movies out recently. So, she decided to go to see Into The Woods. Now, you personally hated musicals, but you were doing it for her, or at least, the movie theater popcorn. What? Movie theater popcorn is amazing!
As soon as you to got there, |best friend's name| dragged you to the ticket line. She turned over to you, "So, how do you think it will be, |first|?" You shrugged, "Well, I'm expecting nothing, like I do out of every movie, so it either exceeds my expectations or not-as so." She sighed, "Ok, then. How about you go to get the food and I stay here to buy us some tickets." You nodded your head as you headed over to the usually long food line, which was surprisingly not that long this time. You walked in and the people in front of you was a couple holding hands. You rolled your eyes, I mean, you know they are just trying to 'express their feelings' or whatever, but couldn't they possibly do it somewhere else, and not in front of your face! ~_~; This was absolute torture. You groaned, "Ugh, can't they do that somewhere else?" "Do what somewhere else?" Said a familiar voice right next to your ear. You jumped and looked behind you. You slapped your forehead in frustration. It was Sting Eucliffe; the annoying basketball player at your school which all the girls fawned over. You had a small high school with not many students, so there weren't enough students to make a football team, so they just have a basketball team. Rogue Cheney was the basketball captain since his best friend Sting got in trouble with the gym teacher, Mr. Jiemma so many times, of course he would never let him be captain. You squinted your eyes at him, "What are you doing here?" He chuckled, "I'm sorry, your highness. Am I not good enough for you?" You shook your head, "Just...be quiet please, I'm not in the mood today." Sting smirked, "Well anyways, what movie are you seeing, |first|?" "Why do you want to know?" You deadpanned. Sting shrugged, "Just wanna know if we're watching the same movie. You watching Into The Woods?" Your eyes widened (°_°), "Umm...no." He smirked, "I'll see you there." You groaned as you turned around, the coup,e walked away with their popcorn and sodas and then...kissed. You rolled your eyes as you ordered you walked up to the cash register. You recognized the cashier's face, it was Natsu Dragneel from Earth Science. "Oh, hey Natsu!" You said. Pink hues tinted his cheeks to match his pink, yet oddly cute hair, "U-umm, hey, |first|. What movie are you seeing?" "Into The Woods." You replied. "Ha!" Sting's voice erupted from behind you. You closed your eyes and shook your head as Natsu burst out in laughter. You found it quite contagious as you laughed along, too. Sting growled at you two for some reason, but you ignored it as you said, "Can I have a medium popcorn and two sodas." Natsu nodded, "Sure!" He quickly got out the scoopy thingie (like you know, the stuff the movie people get the popcorn out) and got the popcorn to put in the bag and poured the soda into two cups. "Here, that'll be six seventy three." He said as you got out your wallet and handed him your credit card. He smiled, "Enjoy the movie!" You saluted as you walked over to |best friend.| She kind of nervously scratched the back of her head. You signed, "What did you do this time?" She chuckled nervously, "Well, I tried to get us both tickets to see Into The Woods in 3D, but there was only one left. And then Lucy just texted me that THE Rogue Cheney is already in the theaters. So, can I please go to the 3D premiere?! He's so hot!!! And plus, I got you an IMAX one! C'mon, I bet there'll be really cute guys there!" You took the ticket, "Look I'll go to the IMAX since you already paid for it, but trust me, there won't be any cute guys in there." You thought about Sting when you said this. She shrugged, "Oh well. Have fun!" |Best friend| quickly scurried off as you lifted up your fist and yelled, "Traitor!" ♪───Ｏ（≧∇≦）Ｏ────♪ As you walked into the movie, the commercials were still running, so you looked around for a seat. "Hey! |First|!" You looked around for the voice, trying to figure out who it was. Unfortunately enough, it was none other than Sting. You sighed, but since he was the only person you knew here, you sat over with him. He smiled brightly at you as he directed you to the seat to his right, with three empty seats to his left, "Man it's about time you got here! I was gonna get worried. Hey, where's your friend?" You looked forward to the commercial of Jupiter Ascending, "She ditched me to see the 3D version." "Yeah, Rogue did too. He wanted to see the 3D one more than this one, and I wanted to see his one since the other one makes my eyes hurt." He sighed as he looked down, but then he shot back up with gleaming eyes. "Hey, screw those two!" He wrapped an arm around your shoulders as you blushed a little. "We'll have fun without 'em!" "O-okay..." You weren't so sure about this,but you felt you could trust him." ☆*:.｡. o(≧▽≦)o .｡.:*☆ The commercials were taking forever, so you decided to take out your phone. But unfortunately, Sting didn't let you do so as he took your phone away, "Hey!" "Nope, your not using this until after the movie. Remember the rules." He lifted up his finger to add expression. You poured as you faced forwards. All of the sudden, a group of girls showed up, none other than Lucy, Erza, and Levy. You didn't really find Levy or Erza bad, it's just that Lucy was really annoying. And little did Sting know that Lucy had an enormous crush on him (even though the whole school already knew.) "Hey Sting, what movie are you seeing?" She said while curling her hair. 'Seriously,' You thought to yourself. 'Is that like the only question people ask here?!" Sting smirked, "We're all watching the same movie, you know." She scowled as she said forward. You rolled your eyes as you all watched the screen. *･゜ﾟ･*:.｡..｡.:*･'(*ﾟ▽ﾟ*)'･*:.｡. .｡.:*･゜ﾟ･* After the movie was over, you all quickly exited the room, "Man, that movie blowed." Sting said, as he crossed his arms over behind his head. "I thought it was adorable!" Levy said while skipping. Erza nodded, "I agree." "If Sting didn't like, I didn't either!" Lucy said. You rolled your eyes as they all walked off. Sting turned to you slowly, "Hey umm, was that technically a date?" You blushed, "Well, not really...since there was other people." He smirked, "The. How about I take you to a real one later, right here at the movies, but next time, by ourselves." You laughed a bit, "Okay, sounds like a plan." "Cool." He nodded. He quickly pecked your cheek and ran off. "See ya in school!" You rolled your eyes, but this time smiled, "What a dork." | Hey guys! This is my first Sting x Reader story...heck!
