In the middle of the Land of Colors, there was a large, beautiful castle. And in the middle of the castle lived Rainbow, Queen of the Land of Colors.

Rainbow did not look like most queens. Her clothes were many colors. Her skin was many colors. Her hair was many colors. Even her eyes were many colors.

Each year a great festival was held, when Queen Rainbow left her castle and traveled throughout the Land of Colors. She rode her many-colored horse to each realm, visiting her subjects.

When Queen Rainbow arrived, the Yellow Land people performed the Sun Dance. They gave her a fresh crown of daisies and served the best tasting corn. But Queen Rainbow's favorite thing was their lemonade. It tasted so good!

In the Red Land, Queen Rainbow's people performed the Fire Dance. They gave her large roses, and picked her the biggest apples. Queen Rainbow never knew when everything in the Land of Red would suddenly STOP!

Blue Landers lived in a large lake. Queen Rainbow's people swam with their pet fish in a great Water Ballet. Sailing in her sapphire boat, Queen Rainbow ate fresh blueberries. Blue was the coolest place to be!

Next, Queen Rainbow visited Orange Land, where her subjects squished large oranges during their Juice Jig. Fresh orange juice is delicious! For dinner, Queen Rainbow ate carrots and slices of cheddar cheese. Orange people were always sweet.

Those living in the Land of Green tossed Queen Rainbow lettuce, and cucumbers, and peppers. Their Salad Dance was the crispiest! They gave Queen Rainbow shiny emeralds, and served her broccoli and string beans for dinner. Eventually the green party ended and Queen Rainbow had to GO!

Finally, Queen Rainbow traveled to the Purple Land. There she dressed in a lilac coat, as the purple people danced the Plum Waltz, while listening to violet violins. Queen Rainbow ate roasted royal eggplant and grape jelly. Purple passion always seemed in fashion.

Queen Rainbow lives in a Land of Colors. Do you?
