Chapter 14

Levathian woke up with a headache as memories from yesterday keeps on flowing. He immediately roamed his eyes to find Lem but she was no where to be seen.

On the other hand, Lem was being scolded by the butler of the Crown Prince. Since she was running around just to follow a strange cat which was also running away from Lem.

"Come on Ciel, stop messing with Lem.." Said Levathian who just arrived.

The Cat stopped from running and turned back to his original form. "Hola General! It's a pleasure to meet you again!" Ciel said and bowed to show his respect.

"And what are you doing here?" Keita asked. Yu immediately stopped the Prince from coming closer to Ciel.

"I shall disinfect this Plebian Young Master---"

"Pfffft, I am not a Plebian anymore. I'm actually employed Sire.." Ciel was proud of himself. He noticed that Lem was looking intently at him so he hid behind Levathian.

Ciel was an orphan. But unlike any other orphanage, they were being treated like slaves. At the age of 7, He left the orphanage and live by himself on the street. He survived living in the street as he is smart and clever.

Ciel actually has an amazing skill, where in he is able to transform to whoever he wanted. This was supposed to be a high rank skill however it's not. He can only transform for an hour per day as it costs him a lot of mana.

"Did you hire him?" Keita was amused as he didn't know Levathian hired a plebian.

"He hired himself.." Levathian answered him.

That's right, Ciel was interrogated by Levathian for a crime he committed. Levathian asked Ciel why did he copied him. That's right, Ciel pretended to be Levathian for an hour and did nasty things which can ruin Levathian's reputation. Ciel was flirting with ladies while his other hand was taking their belongings.

So instead of being in prison, Ciel volunteer to side with Levathian and Levathian can use him for any sort of military task. In that way his skill won't be in vain. Levathian wasn't kind of satisfied with his answer but he was too tired to argue anymore.

So Ciel hired himself as Levathian's agent.

"So he's your side kick?" Keita asked just after Ciel shared their past.

"Yup I am the General's side kick!" Ciel answered and they both laughed. Yu was still annoyed with Ciel as he still looks like a Plebian.

"Well then, why don't you hire this man officially?" Keita offered and Levathian just raised his eyebrow, asking if the Prince was serious.

"Oh Prince Keita! You are so generous!" Ciel was about to hug the Prince when Yu stopped him. Ciel just pouted and crossed his arms.

"Yes, I wilk assign him as your agent. Ciel can also be Lem's butler whenever you're away. Isn't great?"

"Sure, then I'll leave this idiot to you. Seems like his plot indeed happened.." Levathian said and left.

"The seal actually works.." Apollo was amused since Lem cannot open her mouth since Marcel sealed her mouth to prevent her from talking. Since she might accidentally utter a word that would cause a lot of trouble.

And that made Lem very upset as she cannot eat snacks. Lem's lesson for today ended and Marcel undone the seal. Lem immediately dig in, she was in a good mood as the food are very delicious. Anything she eats are delicious for her.

"You have a weird taste buds.." Ciel commented and threw Lem a nasty look. "Dipping raisins with honey?" Lem just ignored him.

Seems like Lem and Ciel isn't in good terms ever since they met. On the other hand Keita was laughing, smiling and was very talkative since Cleo and Apollo keeps on talking with him non-stop.

"Argh, Can you stop eating raisins? Doesn't it make your stomach upset?" Ciel complained since Lem was eating her fourth bowl of raisins. "For a girl you have a big appetite.."

"Can you just stop watching her?" Marcel said and glared to Ciel. Ciel just roled his eyes.

"Oh they're here.." Keita spotted Levathian as soon as they arrive. He was with Bomi, the young healer.

Levathian sat on the vacant seat next to Ciel. Ciel smiled so wide as he noticed Lem was kind of upset. He sticked his out to tease Lem then suddenly Levathian hit him on his nape causing him to choke a bit. Marcel just laughed witnessing the seen.

"Take a seat Purple.." Keita said, referring to Bomi's purple hair. Bomi immediately took a seat next to Levathian. They started eating as soon as the maid served different kind of dishes.

"Our family's getting bigger!" Keita said and Yu just nodded.

"I just hope they won't bother you that much.." Yu said and closed the window as the temperature was dropping.

"So what is it that you wanna talk about?" Keita asked Levathian. They where on Keita's study room since Levathian has something important to say.

"The war might start earlier than we expect.." Levathian sighed. He was so tired as he had a lot of things to settle earlier.

"And what are you afraid of?"

"I'm afraid I have to use Lem as a weapon.." Levathian was dead serious. He cannot afford to let the enemy take over their Domain. So he need to use every cards he got under his sleeves in order to win the upcoming war.

"I don't really have a problem with that. We just need to train her then----"

"I'm afraid it will be hard.." Levathian cut him off which made Keita shut his mouth for a couple of seconds.

"And why?"

"Because she was our Ancestor's first love. The reason why we were born.."Levathian revealed the truth that he saw from Lem's past
