Who Am I Without You

Chapter 1

I am 16 years old and I live in Hollywood, California. I go to school at Bandkin High school. I have dark brown hair, blueish greenish eyes, I am very fit, I'm 5'3, and I have a far skin tone. I also Self Harm. Then about my family I am an only child. My dad is a huge directer and my mom is a famous actress. So my life is not that normal. And by the way my name is Lanie Handson. So alittle bit about my school and life. I am the daughter of two very famous people. I go to school with people the are the kids of: Rockstars, singer, actors, actresses, directors, and tv stars. So it not like I am always bombarded by fans 24/7. I am like any other teen (in ways) I have a best friend. Her name is Mandy Walter. Her mom is an actress like mine and they have costared in many shows together. Mandy and I have been friends since the 1st grade. Then I have and arch enemy. Her name is Chloe Vandil. So ya that's pretty much me.

So it is the end of the school year and we are just finishing up everything. I am not ready to move on to 11th grade. I mean I feel like I just got the hang of 10 grade. But this mean that it will be summer soon. Mandy and I are so excited to go to the beach and get tan. Mandy and I love to surf and we are really good. I can't wait for summer. But that is not now. Right now I am in English class, totally daydreaming about my summer plans.

So the bell rang like normal and I left and Mandy caught up to me. That's when it happened...

Mandy's Pov.

Hey I'm Amanda Walter, but my best friend Lanie calls me "Mandy". I am 15 I will be 16 in a month. I have brown hair and bright blue eyes and my hair is always curled or in a ponytail. I am 5,6 and I am a very fit. I love to play softball and I am a tennis player. I love to spend time with Lanie. But I wonder how Lanie will take the news I am going to tell her.

Lanie's POV

So I was walking down the hall and then Mandy caught up to me that's when she told me she was going to visit to New York for the summer. I ran to the office and went home sick. I went home turned on my tv then turned on my wii and went to Netflix then I went to the kitchen made some Mint tea then grabbed my iPhone and turned on Divergent. Next thing i knew it was summer break and I was sitting at home alone cause Mandy had went to New York one week ago.

So then I decide to go grab my phone and call for some pizza. I ordered my fav kind pizza (veggie pizza). When the pizza delivery boy came I saw it was. KADE!!! My other best friend from elementary school. When he got to the door I opened it and he pulled me into a huge hug. Kade is a 6'0 football player, baseball player,blonde hair, blue eyes and he is also my one of my best friends. He was always so cute but now I think I have some different feelings for him.

Kade's Pov

I can't believe it's really Lanie. I fell in Love with her in the fifth grade but was to afraid to tell her. And now that I see her again all the feelings come flooding back. So she asked me to come in and I did. So I had to call the pizza place where I work so I could get the rest of the night off. Then she and I end up watching a movie together it was called HER. Lanie ended up falling asleep on me and so I just stayed the night Like the good old days. When we woke up in the morning Lanie and I went to Starbucks and got so cappuccinos. I got a marshmallow one and she got a French vanilla one. As we where sitting there we figured out what had gone on since we last saw each other.

Lanie POV

It's so nice to have Kade around. I makes my summer better. I think I maybe in love with him though. I wonder how he feels about me? Well Kade and I decide to go to the beach so we walked back to my house I grabbed my bikini and then we jumped in to my jeep. Then we had to go to his house. When I drove up to his house I was amazed. I was a mansion. Well compared to my house it was. We drove up to his house and then he jumped out of my jeep and ran into his house. When he came out he had two surfboards and his swim trunks on. Then he jumped into my jeep and we drove down to the beach.

I had a great day at the beach with Kade. We surfed, swam, and talked. Well now I am texting Mandy she is hanging out with her friend Randy. She sounds so nice. Then I hear my computer it's Mandy trying to Skype me. I answer and she is with a guy. So I say what happened to Randy. She said this is Randy and he is my new boyfriend. I screamed I was so happy but also upset that she did not tell me. But then I had to go to bed so I said good bye and went to get ready for bed. When I walked down stairs to check my phone and I saw a text from Kade's mom she said he is in the hospital and request to she me. So I called my mom grabbed my purse and a blanket. Then I hopped into my jeep and speed away.

When I got there I found out that he had been in a car accident and he was now in a coma. I couldn't help it so I took my razor from my bag and cut my arm in the bathroom then went to see Kade's mom, after bandaging my arm.When his mom showed me his phone it was cracked so it was hard to see but I figured it out he was sending a text to me it read:

Hey Lanie! Do u mind you mind if I come over?

Oh and P.S. I love u and I always have❤️❤️!!!!

OMG he loves me and I am the reason he got in a crash! So I sat by his bed for 3 days. Then I was told to go home and they will call me if anything happens. So I just sat at home for 3 weeks. The I got a call and it was Kades mom crying. I started to cry. She said come to the hospital.

Mandy's POV

So I had got a text from Lanie a few weeks ago saying that our old friend Kade was in the hospital and he was in a coma but that is the last I heard from her. I am happy to be here with my Randy we are always out partying. I am going to Valleyfair with Lanie in a month I am so excited. She is my best friend and I miss her is much.

Kade's POV

I heard Lanies voice then it just disappeared all of a sudden...does she know I love her? Will I see her again. Al I know is I am trapped in this darkness and I can't get out.

Lanies POV

It's been 2 months and kade is sill in a coma. I miss him, I fell in love with him. When or If he wakes up if he will still remember me. So kade woke up like 3 weeks after the crash but he did not open his eyes he only said...MY NAME!!!!

~three weeks later~

KADE IS AWAKE!!!!! I just got the call I am driving to the hospital right now. I can't believe it. The best part is that he asked for me!!!!
