chapter 1

Ellie POV
"ahh I can't get all my stuff in my suit case!!" I yelled. "it's going to be fine I swear" Aunt Delaney said as she easily glided all they stuff in like it was as easy as pie. (I call her aunt del for short) My parents died just three days ago from a bank robbery. Since I was an only child and my grandparents are all dead I had no one to live with.(besides my alcoholic uncle that lives in the same city as me) So I chose wisely to live with my aunt. Trust me, I love my aunt but she lives out of Texas and I am just NOT in the mood for leaving my life I have in Houston right now. I got on my plane with my aunt the next day and she tried to cheer me up but pulling pranks on random people and normally that would cheer me up but just not now. when we got on the plane I sat down and instantly fell asleep because I was sitting next to a stranger because we got the tickets so late because "it" just happened three days ago.
I woke up by this old guy telling me that we were landing. we got off the plane and instantly were bombarded with crazy fans of someone behind me. I turn to see who it was and I didn't recognize him. But he was extremely attractive and he looked about 16 the same age as me. my aunt and I got out of the crowd and were so relived because the fans were so loud. I looked back and caught the guy staring at me i frowned reminding myself that I couldn't have him because he was way out of my league. we got a cab and drive about 45 minutes to this gorgeous mansion. wow I knew aunt del was rich but not this rich. "wait aunt del is this your house?:0" I said gasping. "hahaha sweetie of course it is!!" she said grinning. oh my gosh I think I am going to like it here. "oh sweetie one more thing I signed you up for the public school just down the street. your starting school Monday. I am so sorry I forgot to tell you!!" my aunt said. at that moment my jaw dropped to the floor I hate being the new kid.
