IT WAS A FINE morning, seeking for another eventful to happen. The light from the sun splattering all across the world made the day even worth carrying on. The window welcomed the wind inside her chamber as the curtains inclined in its side clapped against the walls.
A woman, nearing her 40s, remained on her swivel chair, in front of a table with piled-up papers to work on. The music from her playing phonograph drowned the room in melody. It made her relaxed. She rested her chin on her leaning forearm on the table, eyes closed in quietude.
Nasundan iyon ng ilang katok sa pinto. Napadilat siya at hinintay ang pagpasok nito. It's here, the person she's been waiting for. "You may come in,"
