Villain Name- Raven (I'm obsessed with the name raven sry)
Real name- Emberline Matsukawa (idk why but I like the name :D)
Quirk- blood control
Is able to control blood from a 50 meter radius.
Physically she has all attributes of a cat not like ears and tail but like the athleticism and flexibility.
Raven isn't officially in the lov she just hangs out with them sometimes.
She also doesn't fully hate pro hero's, she's just a villain for the rush.
