"Sure ka talaga Jess, ha?"

I chuckled at Mary when she asked me that question the nth time already. From laying on my bed, I stand up and look at my friends.

"Mga baliw, I can handle myself here. It's just two days. Isa pa babalik naman kayo sa Sunday night, right?"

I smiled when they answer me with a nod. It's Friday, both of them are going home.

They're now fixing their clothes na iuuwi nila. For the whole week, wala silang naging time na ilaba ang mga damit nila. We also have tons of requirements to do, kaya they have to bring home their books and handouts.

"Don't worry, itatanong ko si Mommy if I can bring the two of you sa susunod na uwi ko. Bakasyon tayo?"

My eyes twinkled so brightly because of what Jam said. "Really?" I asked.

"The best sa San Juan, Jess! Lalo na sa beach house nila Jam." Mary answered me as she zip her bag.

"Hala! I'm so excited!"

Noong papunta ako dito sa Ilocos Norte, I did not get the chance to have a glimpse of the Ilocandia's shorelines. I know Northern Luzon caters the best beaches in the country, that excite me more.

"Lutuan na lang kaya muna kita ng dinner, Jess?" Muli akong natawa kay Mary.

We're already here outside. Bitbit na nilang dalawa ang mga bags nila when Mark entered inside the Whitehouse, siya ang mag hahatid sa dalawa sa sakayan.

"Ano ka ba? I can handle myself, you're so kulit. Isa pa, I know how to cook egg na kaya." I bragged.

I saw Mark get their bags and put it inside his car. "Sige na, stay safe." I told them.

Both of my friends hug me so tight.

From the Whitehouse's gate, I wave my hand to them when Mark started the engine of the car until he manage to navigate the car.

I sigh when I can't already see them.

She asked me.

I awkwardly smiled at her. Saan naman ako uuwi kung sakali? Sa mansion? Am I even welcome or allowed to step even a foot inside of that property?

"A-Ah, Manila is far Ate Terry. Tsaka, ayaw mo ba akong kasama rito?" I joked her to minimize the uneasy thought I am feeling.

"Ikaw talaga, ganda! Syempre okay lang."

I smiled at her. "Pasok po muna ako." Paalam ko sa kanya. When she nod at me mabilis rin akong pumasok sa loob ng room namin.

It's so tahimik. It feels like the silence is so loud! For the past weeks of my stay here, Mary and Jam never leave me, isama mo pa noong nakilala ko si Rod. So, them leaving the dorm to go home to their families makes me so lonely.

Hay! That's okay. They'll come back naman sa Sunday.

I went to the kitchen to cook sana for my dinner but I don't know why I suddenly feel like the kitchen is too big for me. So basically it's just me and Ate Terry.

I decided to call Rod, hopefully hindi pa siya nag dinner.

"Yes, bakla." He said the moment he answered his phone.
