A Gladius, A Crown and A Broken Empire (Reichpol) [Hiatus]

Hello stranger! It's me, Shipper Waffle, welcome to my little Reichpol book!!!

Before you start reading I just wanted to tell you some things, but if you don't like this stuff you can skip it :P.

This book can contain some scenes of death and violence, alongside some traditions we may consider awful today, but that we cannot judge with our modern eyes. I beg you to have this in mind when reading this book. Wars, gladiator fights, killing some animals and other things, were part of the daily life in the Roman Empire like boxing, baseball and car races are for us today. (Except wars... Wars are always a thing... Sadly)

Also, I'm inspired by the trilogy of "Trajanus" by Santiago Posteguillo, specially some chapters of the first book "The assassins of the Emperor" (which, by the way, I recommend a lot UwU). Because of this, I'll be using latin terms sometimes. At the end of every chapter and before the Author's Note, you'll find a dictionary with these terms. I know it seems weird, but I fell in love with this way of writing, and I wanted to share that experience with you!!! (Give it a chance! TwT)

On another hand, this is a slowburn. Reichtangle and Poland won't see eachother until the seventh chapter or so. No! Don't get out of the book yet!!! Let me explain QwQ. This is because I want to explore the life they have before meeting, the way the Empire is working and the way they become who they are. I'm trying my best to give you a good story even before the romance start, and I really hope you can find it interesting.

And to wrap this introduction, let me clarify. I'm not a native english speaker, my mother language is spanish ("ñ" intensifies). Don't be afraid of telling me if something doesn't make sense grammatically or if a word is misspelled :D I'll never get mad because of that, I'm eager to learn and help is always needed to improve!!! ^w^
