ONE , matt meets world

There Matt was sitting at the bay window with his sister and her best friend. The three of them were planning to sneak out of the house so they could ride the subway as their parents have yet to give the twins a subway pass believing they weren't ready for it yet. Which was true.

"Why do we need to sneak out of the
house if we're not doing anything wrong until we sneak onto the subway?" Riley questioned the two next to her as she slightly tilt her head.

She was terrified to sneak out, she would normally never dare to sneak out because she would always do what her parents say but she couldn't help but also feel excited at the chance to break the rules for once.

Her twin brother Mattaus however was pretty laid back about the whole thing. He's snuck out multiple times before so it was nothing new for him but he wasn't gonna take her little light away by telling her.

"You think you're ready to just walk by your parents?" Maya asked with a smirk.

Maya found everything quite amusing, she was sixty percent sure Riley wasn't going to go through with it and stay at home but regardless she still wanted to test the waters.

"I think I'm ready." Riley vigorously nods.

"Let me see your face as you walk by mom and dad." Matt instructed her knowing she was definitely not ready, and he was right as not too long after, Riley makes a weird face.

"Why are you making that face at us, Riley?" Maya queries, imitating both Cory and Topanga.

"Because I'm sneaking out to the subway."Riley smiled before taking a pause and points to the window. "Out the window."

"Let's go." Maya leads the way and and climbs out the window with Riley trailing behind her. Matt however did not move an inch counting down from three before the two girls crawl back in with Cory.

"Daddy! What are you doing out here?" Riley whines, she had her chance to be like Maya but he stopped her.

"Obviously being smarter than you two." The oldest Matthews twin smirked.

"How come you're always smarter than me?" Maya moans in frustration.

"Here's what I'm thinking." Cory starts as Maya and Riley sit on the bed. "It's not your world yet. It's still my world. Because if it was your world, Maya would have you on the subway already, thinking you put something over on me. But you didn't. Know how I know? Look at you. You're right here." He explained.

"How long do my brother and I have to live in my father's world?" Riley asked as she glanced at Maya and Matt.

"Until you make it yours. Do you two know what I want more than anything? Go ahead. Make it yours."

"We will." Matt nodded, turning to his sister, waiting for her to reply.

"And when we do, will you still be there for us?" Riley asked.

"Right here. We'll be right here." Topanga says as she walks into the room with a huge smile on her face.

The three young teens smile at each other before climbing out of the window and making their way to the subway station.

Once they arrived Matt and Maya were greeted by a guy who was using garbage cans as drums. To the people of the subway his name was Dweezil.

"Dweezil!" Maya and Matt greet in unison.

"Maya! Matt! Who's the new chick?" Dweezil asked the two.

"Chick! Down here I'm a chick! No wonder my parents don't want me on the Subway." Riley beamed, leaning closer to Maya and Her brother.
