🖾🖾🖾🖾🖾🖾's POV
They say that nighttime is the perfect time to do a crime, but actually, the perfect time to do something is in the daytime.
Why?
Because whatever you will be doing, it will be hidden in plain sight.
So here I was, in the most obvious but most hidden place to do what I'm not supposed to.
At class.
I was seated beside him. He's one of our enemies. Or dare I say, their enemies.
What side am I even on?
Who is the good side and the bad side?
One can never know unless they know both sides of the stories that are given. But sometimes, a bridge also becomes an intersection, meaning there may be more than two.
But getting back to the matter on hand.
We don't look at each other. We don't talk to each other. We don't mind each other.
Or do we?
See, humans believe what they see. Humans believe what they hear from others and instantly think that that's the truth.
They don't bother looking closer, only seeing what others want them to see.
Some say it's called lying. Others say it's called keeping a secret. But I know what it really is.
It's called putting up a front.
It's to take on a false or deceptive appearance.
That's what I'm doing.
As the bell rung, every person stood up hastily, aching to get out of the room. In my speed, I managed to knock off my seatmate's and mine's books from my desk.
We both crouched down to be able to get our things, not even glancing at one another about it.
As soon as I exited the classroom, I felt around on the pages of the fallen book. Right to what was planned, the torn page of a notebook was gone, off to its purpose.
Inside the page was my weekly report on what was happening in the Mafia I was supposedly in.
Yes, I have been betraying our Mafia. Betrayal was something that was not tolerated anywhere. Whether it was a measly little wannabe gang or the biggest and strongest Mafia; betrayal was the biggest offence.
Being in the in-group of a Mafia, I know all the punishments well already. But do I care?
No, I do not.
As I was walking over to my car, I thought about what I was doing.
If I was already betraying our Mafia, then why haven't I still told the other Mafia of the newest discovery?
Why haven't I fully betrayed them yet?

🖾🖾🖾🖾🖾🖾's POV
Forbidden love.
One thing that most girls dream of. They said it was because of the thrill; the way the adrenaline flowed through their veins.
It was exciting, they said. It would all work out in the end, they said.
Well, maybe because their version of 'forbidden' wasn't as deep as mine.
We only have two reasons, yes, but those reasons are... Well, reasonable.
Reason number one, our gender preference.
People may say, "Oh, it's already the 21st century. Being gay or lesbian is already accepted!"
Well, you haven't met both our parents.
If we even give a clue that we're not straight, we would not only be disowned, but also be humiliated on ends. The second reason, which is the most important factors, is our sides.
We're brown and white, heaven and earth, Asian-British and Italian-American, British Mafia and Italian Mafia.
Enemies since the beginning of Mafias.
In books, they said that we should fight others for our love for each other, but how could we when we are not in a high position?
Yes, we're both in the in-groups, but that doesn't mean our love for each other would be able to make both Mafias coerce.
We don't have that much power.
Which leads us to what we are doing now: hiding our relationship from the world.
"It's you and me against the world."
"I will love you, even when the world says no."
"Our love will go on."
"They won't be able to stop our love."
There's a reason that these were from fictional movies and fictional books. Because that's what they are. Fictions. Fake. Imagination. Dreams. Wishes. And most of the time, these don't come true.
That's what we are: brown and white, heaven and earth, Asian-British and Italian-American, British Mafia and Italian Mafia.
We are as different as the expectation is from reality.

🖾🖾🖾🖾🖾's POV
ᆞ
Can't you see
Deep in my heart
That you break me
Break me apartᆞ
Sometimes I dream of when we never met
Maybe then, my heart never got broken
But then, if that never happened
Then these butterflies wouldn't have awokenᆞ
Sitting here in my balcony
Waiting for you
Singing a deep melody
Patient for your cueGazing upwards to the skies
Where I can see the stars
Dazing off as time flies
I make a wish from my heartTo wait here for you
To wait here forever
To see you one day
To finally be togetherTossing and turning on my bed
My insomnia arise
Planting a pillow on my head
It muffles my criesWiping my now tear-stained cheeks
I sit upright
Getting my diary I bought in weeks
I continue to writeTo wait here for you
To wait here forever
To see you one day
To finally be togetherᆞ
Three words, eight letters, and a whole lot of pain.ᆞ
We all think love is real; it's not. It's a stupid emotion that brings nothing but hurt. Love is just another term for hurt.ᆞ
There are stupid people, there are idiotic people. While there you are: a stupid idiot. But you're my stupid idiot. You just don't know it yet.~~

{A/N: Hey Cagna!
Woah. Did I just update early? Woaaahhh.
Anywho, I totally enjoyed making this chapter. Short, yes, but it's important too.
I love it more because it's mysterious and vague. ´༎ຶٹ༎ຶ
Any guesses who these POVs belong to?
The clues are right there in the number of 🖾. Of course, that's just all the clues available. Lmfao.
Don't know when next chapter is gonna come, so just wait up!
