Fleurs point of view
I woke up to my small alarm that I had set next to my bed. I quickly turned it off so that it wouldn't wake up Carl too.
I usually woke up at 3:00 to look after Judith, not that she needed heaps of attention, but because I genuinely loved having something to do.
And spending time with Judith was amazing, she lit up my day.

I threw on some clothes and walked into Judiths little cell. She was already awake fiddling with her small bunny toy.
"Hey lil' ass kicker," I said, quoting Daryl.
Judith looked up at me and did the cutest little giggle.

I quickly made her some milk and held the bottle to her mouth for her to drink, we were running low

I quickly made her some milk and held the bottle to her mouth for her to drink, we were running low.
Maggie and Glenn still weren't back and I didn't know if I should start worrying- maybe I would leave it another day?

I decided to push all the bad thoughts I was having out of my mind and pick up Judith.
I sat her on my lap and hummed to her as she gulped down her milk.

When she was almost finished Carl woke up and walked into the room, he rubbed his eyes sleepily,
"Finally up?" I giggled, "You laid in."
"I didn't lay in, you just wake up at a stupid time."
"I like spending time with your sister, that's all." I smiled and he laughed,
"Was she awake when you came in?"
"Yeah funnily enough she was," I answered, "She's an early bird too."

"When do you think Maggie and Glenn will be back?" he asked,
"Don't remind me," I sighed, "Hopefully soon."
"I'm sure they are okay, they have been there before." Carl reassured me.

He leaned over and whispered in my ear,
"My turn to cuddle Judith now."
I gasped,
"No!" I laughed, "It's always my turn."
"Nooo but it isn't, she's my sister," Carl insisted raising his eyebrows,
"Fine," I frowned, handing over Judith carefully.

Carl was very good with her, he rocked her for about ten minutes and then she fell asleep.
He put her back in her crib and came to sit next to me.

"I think we need to talk," I said,
"About what?"
"About... about the kiss. When your mum died."
Carl looked at me trying to read my emotions,
"Fleur I don't regret it," he said, "And I meant every single word. I love you."
"I jus- I just wanted to make sure. You really weren't in the right frame of mind and it could've just been  because you were grieving."
Carl sighed,
"No Fleur, yes I was grieving, but no that's not why I said it. I said what I said because it felt like I needed to, because it was the truth."
I nodded looking down at my feet,
"Fleur," he whispered, holding up my chin to face him, "I love you."

The close proximity gave me butterflies, then he leant in and our lips crashed,

For the second time.

Pedros point of view
Katelyn approached me in the front field, I could already tell it wasn't good because of the sad expression on her face.
"What's wrong?" I asked,
"He knows." she said, "He knows we kissed."
"H-he does?"
"Yeah and he wasn't happy."
"Are you happy?" I couldn't tell if she was relieved he knew or if she was annoyed,
"No I'm not happy, it was you that kissed me. It took my by surprise and that's the only reason I kissed back."
I was hurt by her words, but I didn't let her see that,
"Toms by boyfriend and I want it to stay that way. I'll admit it- I do have feelings for you- but I've known Tom longer."
"So?" I shrugged, "Katelyn that's completely irrelevant, if you think you have stronger feelings for me then that's what matters."
"I'm not sure if I do though." she sighed but I couldn't tell if she was being completely honest, "I want im us to just be friends, and for everything to go back to how it was before."

That's what really hurt me, so I dropped everything I was holding and walked away.

Islas point of view
"I count twelve piglets," I told Andy who smirked,
"Eleven by this evening,"
I poked my tongue out and he laughed,
"Food is food."

I strutted over to the garden, ripped a leaf from the lettuce that was growing and ate it aggressively which made him burst out laughing,
"Leaves are living too,"
"That's different." I stated, "Leaves aren't cute."
"Idk I find them pretty darn cute," he laughed, "Just look at how... green and leafy they are."

We were a bunch of weirdos, but that didn't matter.

After our little leaf debate he walked over to me and stood right in front of my body,
"Maybe I won't kill the piglet if you give me another kiss," he said smirking again,
"Hmm I don't know if I can do that," I said, "I already gave you my precious spongebob socks."
Andy shook his head,
"Nah this time I want the kiss."
"Fine," I giggled leaning in.
And our lips met.

It was so weird how romance still went on in a world full of blood and death.
And oh how I was lucky I was sharing this moment in history with Andy.

I finally pulled away from the kiss and tilted my head,
"So you better not kill the piglet now."
"Hmmmmmmm," he contemplated, "No."
I gasped in shock,
"How could you do this to me!" I laughed as he walked away,
"I said maybe!" he shouted back and I rolled my eyes.

He could definitely be difficult sometimes that was for sure.
