chapter thirteen

this is a flashback

"Okay, Callie, Olivia, Jude, these are the Olmsteads. They're going to be your new foster family." Bill told the three kids as he dropped them off on the front porch. "Callie you have my number, call me if you need anything."

The three kids nervously entered the middle class home, curious to what their new family would be like.

"Hi, I'm Melissa." An older woman came into the room. "This is my husband Nat and our son Liam." She pointed to the two men behind her. Olivia looked at their son, a blush on her cheeks. "Ill show you to your rooms."

Callie went into her younger cousins room after Melissa left. "I saw you looking at Liam." She nudged the girl. "Shut up Callie." The twelve year old girl whined.

"Oh come on, Liv." Callie laughed. "Okay, so I think he is like super hot but don't you?" Before Callie could answer a cough was heard behind the pair. The girls turned around to see the blonde boy standing in her doorway. "I'm gonna set up my room." Callie rushed away from the pair.

Olivia's cheeks burned red and turned away from him. "So you think I'm hot?" He asked walking into the room. "I never..." She trailed off nervously. "Its okay, I think your hot too." He placed his hand on her back turning her around. "You do?" She smiled looking up at him. "Yeah, I do." He said to the much younger girl, running his hand along her back.

Olivia waited up in her bed, liam should've been there by now. Her face lit up when hed door creaked open. "Hey." He whispered sitting on the young girls bed. "Hi."

"Sorry its so late, mom wouldn't go to bed." He smiled down at her. She giggled slightly. "You know, I didnt see you all day." He said placing his hand on her thigh. "Yeah I had that field trip today and we got back late." She told him. "Well were gonna have to make up for our lost time right?" He leaned down to the girl.

Olivia smiled as she kissed the boy back. Liam shoved the small girl further back on her bed as he towered over her, his hand pushing down her top. "Liam." She accused laughing a little. "Oh come on Liv, dont be tease." He pulled away the small girls shirt.

She instantly covered herself, not ready for any of this. "Hey its okay, ill be gentle." He whispered kissing her shoulder.

"Liam we shouldnt do this, I'm not ready." She whimpered as he continuing his moves against her. Her small hands pushed against his large body. "Liam stop-" His hand slapped over her mouth. "You're fine Livy, just stay quiet." He said, ignoring the muffled cries she left against his hand.

Three months later Olivia sat on the bathroom floor, emptying away her breakfast with Callie behind her in support. "Are you sure your not sick? You've been throwing up like this for weeks." Callie said as the girls stood up.

"I'm fine." Olivia muttered brushing her teeth. But in reality her heard was betaing out of her chest. It was impossible but she had to make sure.

"Can you leave now? I'm gonna shower." The blonde shocer her cousin out of the bathroom. She quickly turned on the shower, Then pulled a small box out from her shorts and on the toilet she was hovered over only moments before.

The plastic white stick sat on the counter as the young girl paced nervously through the bathroom.

When the time was up she slowly looked over the results. A small + made the girls heart drop. Her tears began falling as she stared at the piece of plastic. The piece of plastic that would change her life forever.

"Okay girls we need to talk." Melissa said sternly sitting the two down at the kitchen table. Olivia shifted around when she saw Melissa reach for the familiar piece of plastic. Why didnt she throw it outside?. "Whose is this?"

"Niether of ours, why would you accuse us of that?" Callie jumped in defensively. "Well its not mine and Liam said it wasn't from him, you two are the only left."

Olivia bit her lip as her eyes started to water. "Liv dear, are you okay?" The girl didn't say anything but instead started sobbing in the woman's arms. Callie looked at her cousin in shock. "Is everything okay?" Liam walked into the room. His eyes found Olivia crying in his mothers arms before the settled on the positive pregnancy test on their kitchen table. "Holy shit." He muttered and Olivia only cried harder when she the boy.

"It'll be okay sweetheart." Melissa soothed. "Do you know who the father is?" Olivia looked over to see a harsh stare from Liam, one she had never seen before. She shook her head looking to the floor.

"I saw the way you looked at him, Liams that dad isnt he?" Callie said once they were alone. Olivia stayed silent. "God Liv, your only twelve. What are you gonna do?" She yelled. "Melissa is gonna help okay? Liam is gonna help." The younger girl screamed back.

The two froze when they saw Jude in the doorway. "Your having Liams kid?" He asked softly. "Jude we'll talk about this later." Callie pulled her brother out of the room.

"What the hell is wrong with you?" Olivia screamed at the older boy. "I didnt do anything!" He yelled back.

The pair ignored the babies crying in the background as the fought. "Callie told me what you did." She said lowly. Liam faltered slightly. "She came onto me Liv, I wouldnt do that." He lied. "I know you would cause you did it to me." She realized how terrible the things he done to her the year before only recently.

"Stop lying Liv, you wanted it and so did Callie." He said darkly. "Fine, if thats how you want to play it. Want me to tell your parents whose Gabi's real dad is? I'm sure they'd like to know." She walked to the door.

Liam quickly grabbed a hold of the girls small wrist tightly. "You arent gonna tell anybody anything." He seethed. "They'll hate you."

"Why should I care what they think? They're kicking us out anyways because of what you said about Callie." She screamed again. "Please just dont tell them."

Olivia sighed heavily looking back to her one year old daughter who sat crying in her crib. "Fine I wont say anything." She said. "Tha-" Liam started. "But you dont get to see Gabi anymore. And you're never going to contact me or Callie or Jude ever again, okay?" She said sternly.

She rolled her eyes when he stayed silent, staring at their child with sad eyes. "Is everything okay up here?" Melissa snapped walking in.

"Well actually..." Olivia started awaiting Liam's response. "Everything is fine. Just packing the rest of Gabi's stuff." He told his mother. "Fine, Bill will be here soon so hurry up."
