I can’t be by your side
It’s not my place to stand
I can still grab your hand
But not really hold it
You’ll see how funny will it sound
Running to somewhere we’re not allowed
Burning oil without the fire
No matches in reach
Candles waiting to be lit
There are no shadows
Darkness surrounds us completely
Only us in the room
Scared is not how we’re feeling
Clawmarks on the ceiling
They don’t matter
We can’t be reached
We are safe and we are sound
We don’t need anyone around
You read my lips and I read your mind
That’s how we leave each other behind
YOU ARE READING
What I want and what I really don't want
PoetryFrom now on I will post my new 'poems' in here. I hope you enjoy and questions and opinions are very welcome! With love, your MaybeMe..
