Chapter one

Rachel's POV

"Ready Rache?" I hear my dad yell
"Yep" I say back, I can't for my first day of BlackWell elementry! Its going to be so much fun, im going to meet so many new friends and maybe get a boyfriend and-
My thought are cut off by my dad yelling "Anytime now Rache"
"Sorry dad!" I say grabbing my bag and running downstairs to see my mom watching TV on the couch and my dad grabbing his keys from the symnetric bowl I made him in 2nd grade.
"just throw that away dad, its horrible" I say pointing to the bowl
My dad put his hand on his heart pretending to be hurt "Throw away?! Not in my wildest dreams" I laugh, I love my dad
I arrive nervous as ever
"Have a good day sweetie" My dad says squeezing my shoulder. Before driving away. I take a deep breath and start towards the front doors. I notice a girl with blonde hair and a pirate shirt get shoved against a tree. She mutters something under her breath before getting up and walking over to a lunch table that had a small boy with glasses and a girl wearing a beanie.
I do want to make friends so I run over
"hey, you ok?" I ask. She looks suprised that someones talking to her
"Yea, just some jerks" She says pointing over toa group of boys looking over and snickering
"Boys will be boys" Her friend says shrugging
"Yea, Im Rachel" I say smiling.
"Oh im Chloe" She says looking suprised
"This is Steph" she says jerking her head in the direction of the girl with a beanie
"Sup" Steph says
"Thats Mikey" She says pointing to the boy with glasses
The boy just shrugs
"Hold on I have a question" Chloe says looking serious. I look up confused. "why are you talking to us?" ouch
"well..um you looked hurt so...I came over" I say looking sad
"CHLOE" Steph says angrily "Sorry about Chloe shes a little aggresive" Chloe shoots her a death glare

"I didnt mean it like that, its just that we're kinda the outcasts around here" Chloe says looking at the ground
"Thats ok, I know you weren't mean" I said giving her a soft smile.
"Bells about ring" Mikey says looking down at his watch
"Lets go then" Chloe says grabbing her bag "Hey whats your first class?"
I look down at my schedule "Chemistry with Ms.Grant"
"Oh cool thats our's too" Steph says smiling. We make our way to Chemistry when we hear
"Hey Price, how's Max doing?" I see Chloe stop dead in her tracks
"what did you just say Zachary?" I see Chloes face becoming more angry by the second
"I said how's Max doing, are you deaf or something?" Zachary says his friends laughing behind him

"woah, woah, calm down Chloe" I see Steph saying as she steps infront of her
"hold this." Chloe says taking off her bag and handing it to me. I turn around to see Chloe trying to run at the boys, but Steph and Mikey holding her back
"Let me go" Chloe says squirming trying to get out of their grasp
"No Chloe, remember what happened with Eliott?" Steph starts
"he got put in the hospital" Mikey says looking scared
"Yea he deserved it" Chloe says looking at them

"Awww little Chloe trying to get out of their hold, *gasp* is that what Max tried to do?" Zach says laughing
"LET ME GO" Chloe yells getting out of their hold and sprinting towards Zach. Tackling him to the ground and continuously punching him in the nose till he bled "never say Max's name, My name, Steph's name, Mikey's name, or even Rachels name ever again ok?" He nodded fast, Chloe turned around and started walking towards us
"WATCH OUT CHLOE" Steph yells. Chloe turns around to meet Zachs literacy book in the side of the head. She falls to the ground holding her head
"Aww one hit and your on the floor? Sad" Zach says. Chloe looks up with fury in her eyes, as she gets up and knees him so hard in the balls that he falls to the ground holding his crotch
"watch out bitch" Chloe says touching her blood stained hair
"Chloe are you alright?" Steph says grabbing her arm
"Im fine Steph, lets just go to class we have 30 seconds left" She says shrugging her off
"She's not usually like this, just when someone mentions Max" Mikey says looking at me
"who even is Max?" I ask
"its a long story, basically it was Chloe's best friend who moves away and Chloe feels like she abandoned her" Steph says pointing to Chloe
"Oh" I say, that really explains alot. We make it too class just in time
"Rachel right?" Ms.Grant says. I nod"ok good you will sit with Chloe and..." she trails off looking at Chloes head "CHLOE ARE YOU OK?" Ms.Grant yells
"Im fine" Chloe says
"Ok if you need anything tell me" Ms.Grant says worried. Chloe shrugs and takes off her bag and sits at a station. Ms.Grant gestures over to Chloe I walk away  
to Chloe. Steph and Mikey sit next to us
"Ok class, today we will be mixing chemicals, make whatever you want. Just dont blow up the school" Ms. Grant announced. A dorky smile played on Chloe's lips. I can tell me and her are going to be good friends.
