I just like to say what everyone is ashamed of and just for the hell of it, I'm going to personify the feelings and emotions in this book. The poems are not connected so feel free to read them in whatever order but you might notice a recurring trend:

This book is a way to assist me to release any guilt paired with feeling ANY emotion. All emotions are validated and given a voice in the next pages.
