"Emma, hun you gotta wake up." My mom said gently shaking me awake.

I groaned and pushed the blankets off my head. "Ahh look who's finally up!" My mom said chuckling and already out the door. Probably to go wake Scott up.

Today was the first day of school. I wasn't nervous, I have practically every guy at school drooling over me. Well that is except one boy, stiles. I'm pretty sure he thinks of me as a sister, anyway. Not to mention how he's totally in love with Lydia martin, my best friend.

I rolled out of bed and over to my vanity to start doing my makeup. On my mirror is a picture of me, stiles, and Scott. We were all best friends when we were younger. We still are, I just don't hang out with them as much. Since sixth grade, when Lydia, the most popular girl at school, became my best friend, I guess I just don't see them as much. But I'm not gonna lie, I've always had a thing for stiles. But it would never work out. I mean, he is the typical nerdy guy and I'm the basic popular girl. Things like that don't work out.

After I finished doing my makeup and straightening my hair, I went to my closet. Lydia had been over the previous day to help with my outfit. She's much more into fashion than me.

She picked out this flowy , white dress that had a brown belt around it. It goes to around my mid thigh. Along with it, brown hunting boots with of course a little platform, and a red, leather jacket. I really liked this outfit! Lydia did a great job. I mean of course she did, she's Lydia Martin.

I grab my backpack and happily skip downstairs to see my brother in the couch smiling at his phone.

"You look like a dork." I say to him.

"Well we are twins, so that most mean you look like one too." He said chuckling. I rolled my eyes at him and kissed his cheek before going to the kitchen with mom.

"Hey hun!" She said as she packed her lunch for work.

"Hey, Lydias picking me up and bringing me." I told her as I checked my outfit in the mirror one last time. "Okay, sounds good. You look fine hun don't worry." She said pecking my cheek.

As soon as mom walked out I practically ran to the front door to see Lydia fixing her makeup in her car. I smiled and gracefully shut the door behind me, making my way to Lydia. I opened the door and sat down in MY seat. Ever since Lydia got this car, she doesn't let anyone else sit in it besides me. Well and Jackson sometimes, but besides that everyone else has to sit in the back.

"Oh my god em! You look so good" she squealed looking my outfit up and down.

"Yeah thanks to you" I said playfully laying my head on her shoulder.

"I'm use to it by now" she said slightly chuckling.

Don't get me wrong, I love Lydia. But she's a totally different person at school. She's such a smart girl but at school she pretends she's dumb. And she really does care about everyone, and feels bad when she rejects a guy. But at school she just doesn't show it. At school, we have to put on that basic popular girl look. Which I had gotten use to.

"Hold on Lydia, I'll be right back." I said as I start to get out of the car.

"No no no, don't you go drooling over that boy." She said putting her finger up like my mom.

"Just saying hi." I told her with a chuckle.

I walked up to my favorite blue jeep with my favorite two boys standing next to it. Since me, Scott, and my mom only had one car, which mom would use to go to work. Me and Scott would get rides from Lydia and stiles. Some days stiles would pick me up as well.
