Nightmares of my past

Chapter 1

"Oliver!!! Daisy!!!". "Ugh where are these kids".  Lucy mumbled to herself. It was mid day and she was playing hide and seek with her kids Oliver 10 and Daisy 5.  All of a sudden the doorbell rang. " That must be the pizza" she said smiling to herself. She got up and walked to the door. The pizza delivery man was holding two medium cheese pizzas Oliver and daisy's favorite. She paid and thanked him for it closing the door as he walked back to his car. " I guess I'm eating all this pizza by myself " she yelled knowing daisy and Oliver would want some. "Noooooooo!!!!" They shouted while  laughing . Daisy who was wearing a pretty unicorn dress with a rainbow tutu came out from behind the maroon curtains in the living room while Oliver who was wearing a Spider-Man shirt and blue jeans came out from under the diner table. "No wonder I couldn't find you guys. You were hiding so well" Lucy said as she handed them their pizza and juice. Lucy decided now was a good time to get some laundry started while the kids were occupied. She walked to her and her husbands room and started picking up dirty laundry and throwing it in the basket. She then walked to Oliver and daisy's room and did the same. "Mommy your phone is ringing" yelled daisy from the kitchen. Lucy put down the  basket and went to get her phone. It was her mom calling . "Hmm that's odd" she thought to herself as she picked up the phone. "Lucy it's your dad" her mom said.
