Chapter 5

Summer's POV

It was Saturday and in about 3 hours the boys had their show at "Withers" the pub they always play at.

I find it weird that they named their band after me because every time they talk about 5SOS it's really awkward but whatever they can't change it now.. Sadly.

I'm not excited to watch them preform even though they are really good im always here to support them but when im doing something I have interest in its not like they give a shit.

But what makes me even more upset is that the boys that I have known and been bestfriends with since 5th grade are all pushing me away for this Calum basterd that I seem to dislike for some odd reason. I don't know but every time I get close to him something in my stomach is telling me to stay away from him.

Because I'm not worried about being their on time I take my time having a shower, eating brunch, putting makeup on, and finding a nice outfit that will look nice so I look semi-decent today. I get a text from Luke that reads
Luke: you coming today? I hope you are.
But honestly I just ignore and decided to watch a documentary on Netflix before I go because I have enough time.

When I pull up at Withers I casually sit in my car listening to the radio because I want to wait until I'm the last one to get into the pub.

It took a while to get into the pub but when I did it was packed, considering the fact im claustrophobic I had to get to a bathroom or somewhere I could be alone until the music stated playing.

"Hi I'm Luke, Im Michael, and im Ashton" I heard as I walked out of the bathroom and I notice there seems to be another person on the stage "no this can't be happening, wake up Summer wake up" I thought to myself "This is our new member Calum Hood" it happened.

I really don't know if I'm upset at the fact they did this without telling me or the fact they even let him in the band makes me fume with anger and I just storm out of the pub and walk to the back entrance. I always have the passes they gave me to get in the back with me just in case.

I don't know what caused me to walk up onto the stage crying my makeup running and fuming with anger but let me tell you when I got up to the stage there was no going back.

"Why the fuck is he here?!" I screamed at them "Is this what you have been pushing me away for, him!" " I have known you for 6 fucking years and just because some guy who can play the guitar shows up you are to embarrassed to talk to me" I shout, the audience now recordig the scene that I am currently making.

I walk over to Luke so close that you can see fear flash in his eyes and before my brain processes what I'm doing I Summer Grey slapped Luke Hemmings as hard as I could in the face causing him to drop his microphone and fall to the ground.

I run off stage crying driving off in my car to a little pond I used to walk to from my house when I was little, it's changed a lot the flowers are dead the grass is a gross brown and the water is more of a swap, but it's still my secret spot and im going to lay down and think abot what the hell just happened.

Calum's POV
She walks on stage with tears streaming down her face and I can't help but wonder why. The way she looks at me with such mean eyes, the way she screams at the other mates, the way she doesn't care she is on a stage with 300 people watching happen tells me she's pretty up set.

She walks up to Luke and he looked like he was going to shit his pants because she was so was so close to him he could probably taste her breath.

Up goes her hand, she swings with full force and bam she slaps him right in the face on the cheek and then quickly runs off the stage.

Luke drops his microphone and grabs his face falling to the ground, we all rush over to see if he's okay but he just lays there staring at the audience with a stares filled with sorrow.

Michael quickly tells the audience that we were sorry but we could not perform today and security takes care of the rest while we help Luke get to his feet.

When you look at his right side of his face there is a hand mark that in more red than a tomato and I rush to get him an icepack. "Does this means I'm out of the band?" I ask "No" Michael replies " It's only going to take her a while to come around, but she will. Real question is when" Luke said his voice real soft.

Summer's POV

Because it's only 3 in the afternoon I decide to just lay in my back and look up at the clouds, I recive many texts and calls from Luke and a couple from Ashton but mostly Luke.

I don't have really any other friends other than Luke, Michael, and Ashton and without them I have no one.

I end up turning off my phone so I can have peace and get a better mind set. I end up falling asleep dreaming about actually giving calum a chance.

When I wake up the sun is just going down. I check my phone and it's 7:30, wow I needed that nap. And then all the messages I had recived while I had my phone off just started flowing in
I watched my phone go up
1, 10,20,24,31,40,50,
It just went on until it finally stopped on 98. 98 freaking text messages all from Luke.

To be honest with you I just delete the chat that and put my phone on silent.
My stomach grumbles so I decide to get up and head to my car.

I end up going to a small café because I'm not in the mood to making myself food or having my dad make disgusting food that he always makes.

I ordered a hamburger and fries and a tea, and for dessert I got coffe cake.. My all time favorite dessert since I was about 3.

The café door opens and in comes Calum.. Shit

Hey guys.. Woohoo long chapter anyways im updating this early because my aunt just had a baby and im going to be with her all weekend and a lot of next week to help her with my new baby cousin...
Anyways this chapter is interesting, who saw that coming I had a really good laugh writing this chapter
