As she looked at herself in the mirror she sees herself as a princess. Being seven at that time, her pure inocence and her loving heart are so much to adore. She would often look at the mirror to see the beauty she posses. She would even call her father saying, “Hey daddy look at me, I'm a princess!” while waving her little hands like those of the ladies in a pageant. She loves her father and look-up to him as her knight in shining armor.
A year have passed. She met new people and lived in a new environment. She though she could trust those people like how she did to her father, but she was wrong. She was raped. She lost her inocence and loving heart. She lost everything she has. She hated people around her, especially men. She got even scared of her dearest father fearing him to try rape her, too. As she looks at the mirror she sees herself as trash, unworthy to live for she had lost everything.
Years have passed and now she's a young lady. As she looked again across the mirror she can still seee those scars her past have made and the fear to lose herself again. She looked at herself asking, “Why can't I see myself again as a princess?”. Her tears started to fall as she realize that she never looked in the mirror like the way she did when she was seven.
Waking up, eating breakfast and taking a bath was her normal routine. She never bothered to fix herself and put on some make up. She would put her fake smile. Then, go to school. She never had real friends. She never trusted anyone. She could not even trust herself. She kept on searching across the mirror, “Who really am I?”. She will not stop searching, not until she finds the one. The one who will make her whole again. The one who will help her find her lost self. The one who will make her look at the mirror again saying, “I am no longer a princess but a queen.”
