Lyra POV

It's been about two weeks since Ellison and me had our little adventure in the forest, if you could even call it that. Things were great honestly but it was getting harder and harder to keep the secret. I mean it's not like we could run off to our bedroom together. I mean one there are no locks on the doors and my sister and our friends were always around. Ellison did have this great idea though.

"What if you and Harmony switch roommates, they won't ask questions and if they do you can just say that you want to be able to practice your sword fighting more and our room is bigger. Lyra I don't want to barely have any time with you, if you my girlfriend I want to be able to hold you while we sleep," she told me as she grabbed my hands. We had gone to our spot to have a picnic and hangout. Luckily Harmony doesn't ask questions when I say I'm going to go practice. "Aww babe, that's so sweet but if they start suspecting things," I say starting to worry. "So what let them, it doesn't matter and if your sister figures it out I'm sure she won't tell your mom," she tells me trying to reassure me. Why is she so good at that? I wonder, no one gets me like her, she gets me better than my dad does. "Ok, I'll talk to my sister," I tell her, leaning in for one last kiss before we have to head back.

Eliana POV

I couldn't be more nervous. I don't like fighting, I don't like trouble, all I want to do is stay with my plants and live in a peaceful world but, sadly that's not what we live in. We ship out next week to start our mission and I don't want to go. Of course I couldn't do that to my friends, or my brother, or the other members of my team. Faragonda already said that we can't do this without each other. So, I have to go but I can do this, my mom did it when she was our age and I guess if it's for the better good of the world then its ok.

"Hey we have practice out on the common grounds, the guys are arriving, Leo is arriving," Celeste says emphasizing his name. That made me snap out of all my bad thoughts and made me just think of him and only him. Now if only I can talk to him. "Hello, stop daydreaming we have to get going before Lyra or Kade yells at us. Honestly can you please switch me roomates. I love Lyra but she scares me," Celeste says with a scared face to which I just laugh at. She wasn't wrong though Lyra can be kind of scary.

We hurried out in the fear of Lyra or Kade tearing us apart. Although the more I think about it Lyra has become less scary over these past two weeks, maybe it's because I haven't known her that long. Anyways we rushed down there just in time, since everyone was just starting to warm up. The rest of the girls were transformed already, except Lyra and it felt like we didn't miss anything and if Lyra doesn't say anything it's fine. Right? Ok I got to stop worrying about everything.

"You're late," Lyra says, of course. "Sorry we got caught up in some homework," Celeste says trying to make up an excuse because, honestly we were just losing track of time with Celeste and her clothes and Me with just stressing out. "Sure, like I would believe that, I mean come on seriously this is life or death," Lyra nags on.

Ellison POV

I could see Lyra's face getting red, she hates when people are late and I just wish there was something I could do. I mean I could do something but that would give everything away because the one thing that I do that always calms her down is when I stroke her face. "Hey Lyra, it's ok there now, remember what mom and dad told you to do," Harmony says, coming in to save the day. Even though I want that to be me so bad, it's not fair but I have to respect Lyra and how she wants us to stay a secret for a little longer. I understand, but I'm sick of hiding.

After that training went by smoothly nothing exciting happened or I didn't really know I wasn't focused. I was worried about anything else happening with Lyra. I had this horrible feeling something would happen but it didn't, maybe it was just a stupid feeling. "So Lyra I need help on my homework, could you help please," I say batting my eyes. We ended practice and it would be good for Lyra to let out some steam and talk. "Yeah umm, maybe later meet in our spot I got to do a little more training," she said jabbing the mannequin with her sword. "Hey Bubs, you can take a break," I say, laying my hand on her shoulder. "Hey what are you doing," she screams, turning around to make sure no ones around. "Hey calm down, it's fine I made sure no one was around before I did anything," I say, knowing how she feels. It's not that she's ashamed of me; she just doesn't seem vulnerable. "Sorry, and I can't count on the teams. I mean the guys already doubt me without transforming into my fairy form and what if I mess up El no one will trust me," Lyra says stumbling. I can tell she's stressed and I hate seeing her like this. "Bubba, it's ok. I know you can do this, you're amazing. So, what you don't transform is fine, you're an amazing fighter and swords women," I say chuckling. "Thanks El, what would I do without you," she says, kissing my head.

"So I was thinking, I'm sick of hiding, tonight we can ask to switch rooms and tell everyone," Lyra tells me as we take our nice walk through the forest. "Yeah I like that baby," I tell her as I kiss her forehead. With that we started our walk home but the sky started getting dark. "What is that," Lyra asks. "I don't know babe, let's just get home," I tell her.

Albus POV

"Too bad you won't get to tell everyone, you'll be dead," I yell as I descend from the sky.
The girls looked up and saw me for the first time. It was my big reveal too bad it wasn't all the miserable little fairies, these two will do. Plsu the main one here was Ellison, one of the reasons my mom's dead, it's because of her sister and her parents. "Your Albus aren't you," the strawberry blonde yelled. "Yes and you must be Ellison and your little girlfriend Lyra," I say mockingly. "Don't call me little," Lyra says as she pulls out her sword. "You're a fairy and you won't even transform," I tell her, as I wound up a spell. "You leave her alone," Ellison says, starting to transform. "Aww you think I'm scared," I say as I send a blow to Ellison.

Lyra POV

I was waiting for the perfect moment to attack and it never came. The last thing I remember is a blow coming toward my El and me jumping in the way. The last thing I remember is Ellisons shouting no and the world falling black....
