Their reactions are priceless. Annabeth is mad, because all Percy could do was stare. Calypso crossed her arms and said, "Oh. You." Annabeth could not stop laughing after that. The Aphrodite cabin was ecstatic. Their squeals rang through the camp, waking even the Hypnos cabin. Piper was smiling so big, her face looked like it hurt. All of the campers from the Aphrodite cabin giggled and jumped up and down.
Money was shifted through the crowd from grumpy bet losers, with low murmurs of, "LEO IS ALIVE!", "Dang it, he's alive. Fine, take your 5 bucks.", and "Whoo-HOO! Money! Who's that kid any way?" All the campers seemed to be excited for my arrival. Especially Jason.
"I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD! OH MY GOSH DON'T YOU EVER DO THAT AGAIN!!!! DO YOU HEAR ME DON'T YOU GIMME THAT LITTLE TROLL FACE OMG I THOUGHT YOU WERE DEAD I THOUGHT YOU EXPLODED OMG OMG OMG OMG OMG THEN YOU JUST RIDE ON UP HERE WITH YOUR LITTLE GIRLFRIEND AND DRAGON WITH THAT SAME SMIRK AS IF YOU PLANNED THIS... wait... YOU DID THIS ON PURPOSE I CAN'T EVEN WHAT I JUST CAN'T EVEN. OMG OMG OMG I AM SO MAD AT YOU AND SO GLAD YOUR ALIVE!!!!!!" Jason fell down with a thud.
"Oooookaaaayyy... that was weird. Is he okay?" Leo picked up Jason's unconscious head and inspected it. Will Solace came up to the front of the crowd, Nico DiAngelo following close behind.
"Hey, watch out! I'm a doctor! Coming through! Watch it!" Will inspected Jason, then stood up. "Yeah, he's fine. He just needs to catch his breath. He'll survive. Mostly. Ha, ha! Just kidding." Will stared at Jason for just a second too long, and for some reason, Nico looked jealous. Maybe I was just tired from the ride over here, but Percy was glaring at Nico. I wonder what happened when I exploded.
Hey... where'd Calypso go? I walk around for awhile, with no luck. "CALYPSO!?! WHERE ARE YOU?!?" Then, I see her. With Percy. And, so does Annabeth. I look at Annabeth, and she looks like she's about to cry. Percy looks as if he's trying to push her away, but he's not trying very hard.
"C'mon, Percy. You know you want to leave that annoying wise girl and get with me!" Calypso wraps her arms around Percy and giggles. Percy looks disgusted, which I guess is good.
"Um, well... no, not really. See, Annabeth and I love each other... like not just petty fake love but real LOVE <3!" Percy stepped away and wiped himself off like Calypso was contaminated.
"ANNABETH JACKS-I mean-CHASE!!!! GET OVER HERE AND KNOW HOW MUCH I LOVE YOU!!!" Percy ran off and tackled the now very proud Annabeth.
"You handled that awkward moment well."
