"Pass me the sunscreen, please." Yoongi mumbled, holding his hand out impatiently.

I laughed, shuffling around in Jungkook's arms to shoot him a mocking glare.

"Yoongi, you've already applied five  layers in the past two hours. It's fine, the sun isn't that bright today." I tried to reassure him. We might be in Barbados, but the January sun was just fine.

Yoongi sighed dramatically. "You try to be a firebender. The sun might give us power, but our genes were not made for a climate like this." He groaned again, to which Jungkook passed him the sunscreen instead.

"If we ever get babies." I turned around on my towel to face Jungkook. "You're not going to give in so easily on them."

"Wow, wow, wow!" Taehyung spoke from our other side, removing his sunglasses to watch us with wide eyes. "Are you already talking babies?"

I shrugged. "Why not?" I smirked. "Sir Tsumin, what do you think? Am I ready?" I shouted to my guardian, who was currently bobbing on the blue sea in a doughnut floaty.

"Education first, young lady." He grumbled, not even bothering to open his eyes.

"Whatever." I mumbled as Jungkook placed a delicate kiss on my left shoulder, enclosing me in his arms again.

"Jungkook, it's too warm for this." I complained, to which he chuckled lowly.

"We might be on a pleasant holiday." He started. "But I'm still traumatised from previous events, so I'm holding onto you some more for the next months or so."

I rolled my eyes. "Jungkook, it was fine." I wriggled in his arms to face him again. "There was some emotional damaging, but also healing." I gestured to Hoseok, who was peacefully reading a book in a hammock, dangling between two palm trees. "And zero deaths." I quipped, though Jungkook's expression remained serious.

"Are you sure you're alright, though?" He pressed further. "This is the first time we can actually relax and reflect, having caught up on lack of sleep and all."

I was about to reply but Krystal stopped me from doing so with a loud snort. "Reflect? What have you become? Buddha?"

I laughed with her, to Jungkook's clear dismay. "I'm sure I'm fine." I reassured him, placing my hands on his shoulders. "And I think reflecting is a good idea, though I just want to enjoy our holiday first." Jungkook was about to protest again, but I silenced him by placing my index finger on his lips. "But, to reassure you, I'll tell you that the fact my parents and Xavier are locked up in one of the toughest prisons in the world is providing me comfort and relief. I'm also glad that this has all led to President Kim's cabinet stepping down and opening up campaigns for non-bending leaders, as well as several other equality programs." I paused to look around you. "And most of all, I'm glad that we're here now, with our friends, and that no one has been hurt or damaged chronically."

"So, no trauma or bad feelings?" Jungkook asked again, Krystal rolling her eyes.

"Nope." You winked. "Compared to my upbringing, this was a delight."

Jungkook grimaced. "There's still a lot of work to do, there." He said, referring to my past.

"Yes." Krystal sighed, impatient. "But not now, Kookie."

"Fine." He huffed, crossing his arms.

"It's ok." I spoke softly to him. "I appreciate you worrying. And I'll work on it, I promise. When we go back to Lantford, I'll book a counselling slot slight right away."

Jungkook nodded, content, pulling you closer for a kiss.

"Disgusting." Yuta groaned, standing up to join Baekhyun and Namjoon in the water.

Yoongi hummed in agreement, rubbing the thick sunscreen on his chest.

"Beers, anyone?" Jin shouted, opening up the cool box.

"Me!" Everyone shouted in unison, making Jin laugh. Taehyung distributed the cans through the air, everyone but Namjoon catching the cans succesfully. Namjoon pouted as Yuta bended the water in order for him to find his can.

"What do you reckon?" Jimin asked us as he gestured to his sand creation, beaming with pride.

"Wow." I breathed. "That's really impressive!" I continued to examine his art-work, which looked like a 3-dimensional picture of us, made out of sand.

"Yes, because you look good." Jungkook huffed. "What even am I holding?" He gestured to the long object that was attached to this sandy reflection.

"A sword." Jimin deadpanned. "Can't you see?"

"And why am I sleeping?" Yoongi groaned from under his parasol.

"Because you always are." Jimin frowned.

"Fair enough." Yoongi sighed.

"It's great, Jimin." Krystal said. "For a four year old."

To that, everyone burst out laughing, Jimin included.

I sighed contently.

For once, I felt like it was right. Life, I mean. There was only love. No darkness, no conflicts. From now on, I could live my life as I wanted to, with these amazing people around me. For the first time ever, I was looking forward to it.

 The End

A/N: That's it, folks! Thank you all so much for reading <3. I hope you enjoyed it, and I'm sorry if you were waiting for years for me to finish it. I'm still not super happy with how it panned out, so for the next couple of months I will do some editing. Also, I just want to give credit to Avatar the Last Airbender, because obviously, a lot of this story was based on that story! If you haven't already watched it, what are you doing? Go watch it! Trust me, you won't regret it.
